PURPOSE: A home service method of digital cinema content using peer to peer communication and a device thereof are provided to show 2K/4K images and 3D content to a user at home. CONSTITUTION: A first communication module(310) transmits signals for authenticating a user and searching digital cinema content to an in-cinema device. A second communication module(320) receives the searched digital cinema content and a group KDM(Key Delivery Message) form the in-cinema device. A KDM management module(340) manages the group KDM. An SPB module(360) decodes the digital cinema content. A reproduction unit(370) outputs the decoded digital cinema content to a user.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A content high speed playback apparatus in a digital cinema system and method thereof are provided to offer content high speed playback method by using video stream which is hierarchically encoded. CONSTITUTION: In case outputted video steam is able to be reproduced in selected N-speed, a control unit(230) outputs the video stream of a higher resolution layer by decoding the video stream. The control unit repeatedly determines playback states. The control unit decodes the video stream until a layer which the video stream is reproduced in the selected N-speed.

PURPOSE: An electronic program guide providing method and apparatus thereof are provided to enable a user to watch images of multiple channels at the same time by reducing layers of video streams which are used for displaying the images for an EPG(Electronic Program Guide). CONSTITUTION: A broadcast reception unit receives video streams which are hierarchically encoded(S701). The broadcast reception unit grasps the number of layers which constitute the received video steams(S702). The broadcast reception unit constitutes images for the selected channel or an EPG according to the selection of the broadcast reception unit by using the determined layers(S703~S706). The broadcast reception unit provides the constituted images to users(S707).

본 발명은 멀티-패스 인코딩 장치 및 방법에 대하여 개시한다. 본 발명의 일면에 따른 멀티 패스 인코딩 장치는, 입력파일에 대한 H.264 인코딩을 수행하며, 상기 인코딩 과정에서 결정된 모드 정보, 제1 코스트 값 및 움직임 정보 중 적어도 하나를 저장하는 제1 패스 인코더; 및 상기 모드 정보로부터 상기 인코딩에서 결정된 최적 모드를 확인하고, 상기 입력파일의 양자화 계수를 조정하여 상기 최적 모드에서 인코딩을 수행하는 제2 패스 인코더를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

PURPOSE: A digital home domain management device and a method thereof are provided to convert contents and a domain license in a right form to each user terminal through DRM connection, thereby realizing sharing the license and the content between terminals which has different DRM. CONSTITUTION: A home domain server(100) manages all user terminals(20,30,40) in one home group(10) as one user domain. The home domain server provides domain license about contents to each user terminal. If sharing content is requested between different types of user terminals of DRM(Digital Rights Management) in the home group, DRM interlocking unit(200) changes the contents and the domain license right into the DRM type.
Abstract:
An apparatus and a method for protecting personal broadcasting contents by P2P are provided to enable a personal user making contents to limit a usage right of contents, thereby preventing illegal distribution of contents. If the first client(250) connects to a server(100), the server performs an authentication process. The first client with completed authentication searches a group that the server manages. The server searches a group list and transmits the related information to the first client. The first client performs a group registering process based on the transmitted information. The first client watches a broadcast through the registering process.

본 발명은 다수의 동영상으로부터 새로운 동영상 생성 시 인덱스를 이용한 DRM 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것으로서, 다수의 동영상 콘텐츠와 다수의 동영상 콘텐츠를 암호화한 DRM 동영상 콘텐츠로부터 사용자가 원하는 부분 구간 정보, 각 동영상 콘텐츠 식별자 정보 및 각 DRM 동영상 콘텐츠의 복호화 키에 대응하는 복호화 키 식별자를 결합하여 DRM 인덱스를 생성하는 DRM 인덱스 생성부: 다수의 DRM 동영상 콘텐츠 각각의 동영상 콘텐츠를 복호화하기 위한 복호화 키 정보, 이에 대응하는 복호화 키 식별자 정보 및 DRM 인덱스 사용 권한 정보를 결합하여 라이센스를 생성하는 라이센스 생성부; 및 상기 DRM 인덱스 생성부를 통해 생성된 DRM 인덱스와 상기 라이센스 생성부를 통해 생성된 라이센스를 클라이언트로 전송하는 전송부를 포함하여 구성된 서버와 상기 서버의 전송부로부터 전송받은 라이센스와 DRM 인덱스를 이용하여 상기 서버로부터 DRM 동영상 콘텐츠를 전송받고 복호화하여 새로운 동영상 콘텐츠를 출력하는 복호화기를 포함하여 구성된 클라이언트를 포함하여 구성함으로써, 다수의 동영상 콘텐츠로부터 조금씩 추출된 동영상 클립으로 새로운 콘텐츠를 제작시, 별도의 저장 공간이 필요 없어 저장 공간을 효율적으로 이용할 수 있고, 새로운 동영상에 대한 암호화 과정이 필요 없어 서버의 부담이 줄어드는 효과가 있다. PURPOSE: A microstrip array antenna is provided to achieve improved efficiency of antenna by minimizing dielectric losses through the use of the slot of meandering waveguide. CONSTITUTION: A microstrip array antenna comprises a conductor layer serving as a grounding layer(160); a dielectric layer(110) disposed on a surface of the conductor layer; a waveguide disposed on the other surface of the conductor layer, wherein the waveguide feeds the input traveling wave to the microstrip array antenna; a plurality of slots(130) formed by etching the waveguide and the conductor layer, wherein the slots transmit the signal traveling in the waveguide to a plurality of first radiation patches(140); the first radiation patches disposed on the dielectric layer and slots so as to radiate the energy of the signal transmitted from the slots; a plurality of microstrip lines(150) arranged on the dielectric layer in such a manner that the microstrip lines are electrically connected to the first radiation patches, wherein the microstrip lines feed a certain part of the energy radiated from the first radiation patches to a plurality of second radiation patches(141); and the second radiation patches arranged on the dielectric layer in such a manner that the second radiation patches are electrically connected to the microstrip lines, wherein the second radiation patches radiate the energy fed from the microstrip lines.
