Abstract: PURPOSE: A synchronization method of a ring network is provided to maintain seamless network synchronization owing to constant accuracy. Abstract: An apparatus for managing circuit and packet traffic and a method thereof are provided to classify a received data packet into each flow per a period and differentially perform scheduling according to a band of the classified flow, thereby improving efficiency.
