Abstract:
PURPOSE: To facilitate deposition of compds. of Cu, Mo, V, etc. on a carrier consisting of ceramic or metal by the use of spray coating method of the molten compds. CONSTITUTION: Molten metallic copper, copper-contg. alloy, Cu compd., metallic Mo, V compds., or oxides of Li, Na, K, Rb, etc. are coated by spraying on a carrier, then, components of molten titania, γ-alumina, silica-alumina, barium titanate, etc. are coated by spraying. Useful carrier is alumina, silica-alumina, titania, zirconia or other ceramics. COPYRIGHT: (C)1984,JPO&Japio

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for forming a notch in a rubber specimen that always, certainly improves the notch forming accuracy in the rubber specimen and greatly raises the reliability of a measurement result of physical properties such as adhesive strength. SOLUTION: A sample stand 4 for mounting a strip rubber specimen at a flat attitude is disposed. A pair of cutter stands 5 and 6 for holding cutters 7 and 8 for forming a notch in respective side sections of the rubber specimen at predetermined positions of the thickness direction of the rubber specimen are arranged in the side sections of the sample stand 4. The sample stand 4 and the pair of cutter stands 5 and 6 are relatively displaceable in the length direction of the rubber specimen. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a rubber roller capable of giving a rubber roller having an excellent surface causing no unqualified image by reducing air finally remaining in the rubber filled in a mold to prevent generation of a void. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the rubber roller comprises a rubber kneading process of kneading a rubber with a kneader, a plasticizing process of plasticizing the kneaded rubber in a forming machine, and a filling process of filling the plasticized rubber in the mold with the molding machine. Degassing is conducted in two processes including the rubber kneading process and the filling process or preferably in all the processes including the plasticizing process.
