Abstract: A battery, a battery module, a battery pack, and an electric vehicle. The battery includes a housing, end covers, partition plates, and a number of electrode core assemblies. The end covers are arranged on two opposite ends of the housing for sealing an internal space of the housing. The partition plates are spaced apart from each other in the housing for separating the internal space of the housing into a number of accommodating cavities successively arranged along a first direction. Each electrode core assembly is arranged in each accommodating cavity. The electrode core assembly includes at least one electrode core. The number of electrode core assemblies are successively arranged along the first direction and connected in series. The partition plate is provided with an electrolyte solution filling channel. The electrolyte solution filling channel is in communication with the accommodating cavity on at least one side of the partition plate, and is configured for electrolyte solution to be injected into the accommodating cavity from an outside of the battery. The electrolyte solution filling channel is in a closed state upon completion of the electrolyte solution filling, to prevent communication between the accommodating cavity and the outside of the battery. A through hole is provided at a position of the housing corresponding to the electrolyte solution filling channel on the partition plate.

When the battery (such as internal temperature or internal pressure) is abnormal, the first layer of explosion-proof membrane is opened; under the action of the flame-retardant structure, the compound explosion-proof valve is in a local oxygen-deficient state, and it is difficult for a high-temperature combustible matter ejected from the battery to ignite under the local oxygen-deficient condition; therefore, the compound explosion-proof valve is capable of reliving pressure in time when the battery is abnormal and effectively isolating external oxygen from entering, thereby preventing occurrence of battery combustion and explosion and avoiding secondary disasters and larger abnormity.

Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of batteries, and in particular, to a single cell, a battery module, a battery pack, and an electric vehicle. The single cell includes a case, a battery cell, an electrode terminal, and a cover plate. The electrode terminal includes a battery post. The single cell further includes a current interrupt device electrically connected to the electrode terminal. The current interrupt device has a conductive member and a flipping member connected to the conductive member for mutual electrical connection. The conductive member is connected to an outer end surface of the battery post. A ceramic ring is tightly connected between an outer periphery of the flipping member and the cover plate. The outer periphery of the flipping member is tightly connected to an outer end surface of the ceramic ring. An outer periphery of the battery post is connected to an inner end surface of the ceramic ring. The battery post is insulated from the outer periphery of the flipping member by using the ceramic ring. This can withstand passing through of a high current, and when the battery is overcharged (or when an emergency situation of charging/discharging the battery occurs), a circuit can be forcibly disconnected, to prevent a danger such as a battery explosion from occurring.
