Abstract: PURPOSE:To perform detection with high precision at any time by equipping a secondary image forming optical system with a secondary image forming lens which has a lens operation surface with the same curvature at one end and a slanting surface providing lens operation for refracting luminous flux in the array direction of photoelectric transducers at the other end, and then satisfying specific conditions. CONSTITUTION:Secondary image forming lenses 14 and 15 are molded out of plastic and joined together by cutting their side parts. Their front surfaces are spherical surfaces 14a and 15a and their rear surfaces are slanting planes 14b and 15b and form a valley shape. The inclinations of the rear planes are set parallel to the array directions of elements of photoelectric transducer arrays 16 and 17 and a two-hole mask 18 is provided right before the secondary image forming lenses 14 and 15 so that the centers of apertures are aligned with the optical axes of the secondary image forming lenses 14 and 15. Then, the secondary image forming lenses 14 and 15 meet requirements shown by inequalities I and II. In the inequalities, (d) is the thickness of the secondary image forming lenses, (f) their focal length, N the refractive index of a medium, beta the absolute value of image formation magnification, and theta the angle of the prism surface to a plane perpendicular to the optical axis.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To simplify a lens system and to improve the image formation performance of the secondary object image by composing an image re-forming lens of two lenses which meet specific requirements. CONSTITUTION:Luminous flux from an object after passing through a photographic lens 1 forms the primary object image nearby an expected image- formation surface 3. Luminous flux S1 of the primary object image which passes through one exit pupil 2-1 of pupils 2 of the photographic lens 1 passes through a field lens 4 and one prism of a prism body and then form the secondary object image on one the surface of one photodetecting element 8-1 of a photodetecting means 8 through an image re-forming lens 7. Similarly, luminous flux S2 forms the secondary object image on the surface of a photodetecting element array 8-2. This image re-formation system has the image re-forming lens 7 consisting of the 1st lens L1 with positive refracting power and the 2nd lens L2 with positive refracting power successively from the side of the photographic lens 1. Then, the focus detection accuracy is improved by improving the image formation performance of the secondary object image while the lens system is simplified by satisfying inequalities I and II, where Ri is the radius of curvature of the (i)th lens L2, of the image re-forming lens.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To simplify the surface of a lens barrel by arranging an optical member having a prescribed shape and a lens member on a part of a photographing system. CONSTITUTION:The lens member 51 is arranged instead of a projecting lens 5, a light source 6 is arranged far from a lens mounting part and the lens member 51 has a lens surface 52 on one side and a reflecting surface 53 and an incident surface 54 on the other side. Luminous flux radiated from a light source 6 is made incident from the incident surface 54 of the lens member 51, reflected on the reflected surface 53, converged on the lens surface 52, made incident from an incident surface 32 formed obliquely from the optical axis 9 of the optical member 30, totally reflected on a plane 33 on the object side of the optical member 30, reflected on a reflecting surface 41, and then projected to an object side by the pregroup 1 of the photographing system. Range finding up to the object is executed on the basis of triangular range finding by forming an image of reflected luminous flux obtained from the object on a photodetecting element 8 through a photodetecting lens 7.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To miniaturize a light splitting member and an observation system by moving a light splitting member on the optical axis of a photographing system when changing the magnification of the photographing system, and making the position of image forming to the observation system constant. CONSTITUTION:A part of photographing flux of light passed through a magnification changing section is split to an observation section by the half mirror 4a of a light splitting member 4, and after reflected nearly parallel to a photographing section by a reflecting mirror 6, forms an observation image on the first line face 10. When changing the magnification, the second lens group 2, the light splitting member 4, and the reflecting mirror 6 are moved in a body in the direction shown by the arrow mark together with the first lens group, and image forming position of the observation image is always kept on the first rear face during change of magnification. An aperture diaphragm 3 and the light splitting member 4 are arranged near lens group nearest to the image face out of moving lens groups, and these are shifted in a body when changing the magnification. Thus, an increase in thickness of the light splitting member 4 is prevented, and an enlargement in diameter of luminous flux made incident on the observation system, and the observation system can be miniaturized.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve durability and to prevent disturbance of picture image as well by incorporating a specified fluorine-contg. oligomer in a photosensitive layer provided on an electroconductive substrate. CONSTITUTION:A fluorine-contg. oligomer having 2,000-10,000 number average mol.wt. and expressed by the formula I or II (wherein R and R' are H, alkyl, aralkyl, aryl; n is 4-20; m is an integer) is allowed to contain in a photosensitive layer provided on an electroconductive substrate. Such oligomer is incorporated in the uppermost layer in a function separating type photosensitive body, but in a photosensitive layer in a single layer type photosensitive body. Preferred amt. of the oligomer to be used is 0.3-5wt% basing on the amt. of the binder resin. By this method, a photosensitive layer having superior moisture resistance, antifouling property, and wearing resistance is obtd. Particularly, a photosensitive body having superior durability to disturbance of picture image is obtd.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent false measurement, by setting a light-reflecting mirror in a position farthest from a light radiator in a light receiver, and developing an image by an incident light in the specified position of the light receiver after reflection of reflected light-flux from a specimen. CONSTITUTION:A light collecting and reflecting mirror 8 is installed in a position farthest from the light-source 1 of light-radiator in the light-receiving element system 7, light-flux from the specimen 31 or 32 is allowed to be reflected by the mirror 8 through a light-receiving lens 4. And the reflecting mirror 8 is so shaped that its center of radius of curvature is located on a line connecting the system 7 and the source 1 and further that, the center member 41 of the light- receiving lens 4 and the end of the system 7 are located on a circular arc. By this arrangement, even if the specimen distance subject to distance measurement changes into an excessive nearness, length of the system 7 does not require elongation and only by arranging the mirror in the vicinity of the light-receiving element in the specified relation a false signal of distance measurement can be prevented.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a small-sized finder device constituted so that an object image and a finder field frame are spatially superimposed and observed. Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate out-of-focus by mutually coupling lens groups so that a relative interval between them is changed at respective zoom positions and almost integrally moving the respective lens groups near at least one zoom position. SOLUTION: This zoom lens is provided with the first group 1 having positive refractive power, the second group 2 having the positive refractive power, the third group 3 having the positive refractive power and the fourth group 4 having negative refractive power. In accordance with a variable power action, the second group 2 and the third group 3 are coupled and moved. Then, the relative interval between them is mutually changed according as a wide-angle end area ZW, an intermediate area ZM and a telephoto end area ZT being the respective zoom position areas are changed (outside the area). Besides, the second group 2 and the third group 3 are almost regularly moved in parallel and the interval between them is fixed so that the image surfaces thereof are not fluctuated in the respective zoom position areas ZW, ZM and ZT and a focusing state is obtained.
