Abstract:
The lens assembly for a diving mask is provided. The lens assembly comprises a first lens, a second lens and an intermediate layer. The intermediate layer is made of a liquid material which is capable of being cured and bonded with the first lens and the second lens. Thereby, the lens assembly can prevent the scattering of fragments when the lens assembly is shattered. Furthermore, the second lens is preferably made of the material selected from the group consisting of cellulose acetate, cellulose propionate and the combination thereof for providing the diving mask with better anti-fog ability.
Abstract:
A pair of amphibious glasses is provided. The pair of amphibious glasses comprises a lens assembly, a frame assembly, a skirt, and a temple assembly. The lens assembly comprises at least one lens, while the frame assembly defines at least one frame so that the lens can be embedded into the frame. The skirt is detachably attached to one side of the frame assembly and extends outward from the side of the frame assembly. The skirt is adapted to fit against the face around the eyes of the user. The temple assembly is adapted so that the pair of amphibious glasses can firmly fit on the user's face.
Abstract:
A valve mounted on a dive mask is disclosed. The mask has a closed window frame, a soft skirt extending rearward from the window frame for defining a space between itself and the face of a diver wearing the mask, and one or two windows defined by the window frame. The valve is flexible, tubular and has a first opening at one end in communicating with the space, and a second opening at the other end. The second opening is blocked in an inoperative position and is adapted to open to expel water or air therethrough by increasing pressure in the space or by pressing both sides of the valve.
Abstract:
A snorkel comprising a breathing tube and a retaining device formed on the breathing tube. The retaining device includes an elongated fastening strap having a bottom end formed integrally with the breathing tube, and a top end formed with a large first hole and a small second hole being in communication with the first hole; and a button formed integrally with the breathing tube and disposed in a position about flush with the top end of the fastening strap. The button is adapted to secure to the fastening strap by passing through the first hole and locking in the second hole in response to passing a mask strap through a gap between the fastening strap and the breathing tube.
Abstract:
Provided is a snorkel having a whistler. In one embodiment, the whistler is mounted on a breathing tube. A swimmer wearing the snorkel may seize the whistler by the mouth prior to making a clear, shrill sound by activating the whistler.
Abstract:
A splash protector mounted at top of snorkel is disclosed and includes a tube-shaped adapter unit secured to the snorkel and including a passage; a float unit pivotably secured to the adapter unit and including a projected lever and two upper engagement members (e.g., tabs) at two sides of the lever; a closure unit pivotably secured to the adapter unit and including two mating engagement members (e.g., indents) at both sides, and a closure member adapted to close the passage when the lever pivots upward; and a splash guard secured to the adapter unit for receiving both the float and closure units and including windows for fluid communication. The engagement members are adapted to lockingly engage with the mating engagement members for stopping the closure unit from further pivoting upward and thus preventing the passage from being closed by the closure member undesirably.
Abstract:
A pair of goggles having a main frame including two fitting members, two lenses fitted in the main frame, two hollow side guards, and a band secured to the side guards. Each of the two fitting members being separable at a line extended from an inner edge of a lens opening in the main frame to an outer edge of the main frame and having two latches extending rearwardly from the two fitting members. Inserting the latch into the side guard will fasten the main frame and the side guard together. Pressing and pulling the latch out of the side guard will disengage the main frame from the side guard. Pulling both latches away from each other will separate each of the two fitting members allowing the lens to be changed. Another embodiment includes a flexible second frame. The lenses are fitted in both the flexible second frame and the main frame.
Abstract:
Provided is a snorkel having a whistler. In one embodiment, the whistler is mounted on a breathing tube. A swimmer wearing the snorkel may seize the whistler by the mouth prior to making a clear, shrill sound by activating the whistler.
Abstract:
A constriction assembly that have regulator on two ends of head bands and it includes a casing seat, a regulator and a pad. By pressing the protruding buttons of the regulator to displace the support arms formed on both sides of the buttons and then drive respectively a turning body disengaging the chuck groves from the projection pieces of the band, the band can reach loosen state, in contrary the band can be constricted by pull the ends of the band while the protruding button free of pressure.
