Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting an abnormality in a pressure tank, which enables the accurate detection of the abnormality in the pressure tank, such as a decrease in sealing pressure, and a water supply system which has the function of detecting the abnormality in the pressure tank. SOLUTION: In the method for detecting the abnormality in the pressure tank, a pump stop time from the stop of a pump 14 of the water supply system 10 to the restart of the pump 14 is measured; the pump stop time is compared with a predetermined reference time; the result of this comparison is recorded as the result of the detection of the abnormality when the pump stop time is shorter than the reference time; and it is determined that the abnormality occurs in the pressure tank 36 when the result of the detection of the abnormality is recorded a plurality of times. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water supply device and an inverter capable of flexibly coping with variation of constitution with a low price. SOLUTION: The water supply device 1 is provided with a plurality of pumps 3, and a plurality of inverters 5 variably controlling a rotation frequency of the corresponding pump. The respective inverters 5 are provided with input terminals 540 and 541 for inputting a signal depending on the corresponding pump (an output signal from a sensor 24 provided on the corresponding pump), and an output terminal 542 for outputting a signal depending on the corresponding pump (a signal showing an operating condition of the corresponding pump). PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system capable of transmitting control information between an invertor and controller in different models by using one piece of communication software. SOLUTION: This control system is provided with: an invertor 1 connected to an object 20 to be controlled; a controller 2 for controlling the object 20 to be controlled through the invertor 1; and a digital/analog converter 6 for bi-directionally converting a digital signal and an analog signal. The invertor 1 is connected through a digital/analog converter 6 to the controller 2, and control information is transmitted through the analog signal between the invertor 1 and the digital/analog converter 6, and the control information is transmitted through the digital signal by using a communicating function between the controller 2 and the digital/analog converter 6. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform maintenance of the other pump while operating one pump by further achieving miniaturization and compactness. SOLUTION: This water supply device has two vertical pumps 12a and 12b arranged in parallel and a passage 120 communicating with a suction pipe 22 inside, and has a suction header 18 arranged on the respective suction sides of the vertical pumps 12a and 12b and connected to the vertical pumps 12a and 12b, and is characterized in that the suction header 18 has two supply ports 126a and 126b respectively connected to respective suction ports of the vertical pumps 12a and 12b and two valve devices 134a and 134b for respectively opening-closing the respective supply ports 126a and 126b, and the valve device 134a is positioned on the upstream side in the suction header 18, and maintains a state of opening the passage 120 in the suction header 18 even if the supply port 126a is opened and closed.
