To provide a curable resin composition capable of producing an image sensor chip in which the color shading is suppressed, a production method of image sensor chip using the same, and an image sensor chip. A curable resin composition which is capable of being coated on a solid-state imaging device substrate and contains a dye having a maximum absorption wavelength in a wavelength range from 600 to 850 nm, a production method of image sensor chip using the same, and an image sensor chip.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a curable resin composition with which an image sensor chip in which color shading is inhibited can be produced; and an image sensor chip production method and an image sensor chip in which the curable resin composition is used.SOLUTION: Provided is a curable resin composition which can be applied upon a solid state imaging element substrate, and which includes a pigment having a maximum absorption wavelength in the wavelength range 600-850 nm. Also provided are an image sensor chip production method and an image sensor chip in which the curable resin composition is used.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low refractive index film which is compatible with a high refractive index film applied to an optical member such as a solid-state imaging device and has desired optical characteristics that widely contribute to improving optical performances, and to provide a curable composition for forming a low refractive index film achieving the desired optical characteristics, a low refractive index film formed from the composition, an optical member including the low refractive index film, and a solid-state imaging device using the optical member.SOLUTION: The low refractive index has an Abbe number of 5 to 40 and a refractive index of 1.3 to 1.5.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a near-infrared absorbing composition excellent in light resistance and suppressing generation of defects.SOLUTION: The near-infrared absorbing composition comprises a copper complex having a maximum absorption wavelength in a near-infrared absorption region, and a surfactant. The surfactant is at least one of a fluorine-based surfactant and a silicone-based surfactant, comprising a polymer having a fluoroaliphatic group. The copper complex is a phosphate-copper compound, and is compounded by 30 to 90 mass% with respect to the whole solid content of the infrared absorbing composition.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a black curable composition capable of being cured with high sensitivity even by small amount of exposure and forming a light-shielding color filter for a solid-state imaging element which reduces the residue in a developing part and improves a pattern shape, and further to provide a light-shielding color filter for a solid-state imaging element having excellent light-shielding properties in a wide wavelength region and a method for manufacturing the same and a solid-state imaging element.SOLUTION: There is provided a black curable composition which contains (A) titanium black, (B) an alkali-soluble resin having a weight average molecular weight of 7,000 or more and 18,000 or less, a distribution of molecular weight (weight-average molecular weight/average numerical molecular weight) of 1.8 or more and 2.2 or less and an acid value of 70 mgKOH/g to 130 mgKOH/g, (C) a solvent, (D) a photopolymerization initiator and (E) a compound having an ethylenically unsaturated double bond. The black curable composition is suitable for the manufacture of a light-shielding color filter for a solid-state imaging element and a solid-state imaging element.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin composition that provides a light-shielding color filter having excellent uniformity of the coating film thickness on a wafer, to provide a light-shielding color filter formed from the above photosensitive resin composition and a method of producing the same, and to provide a solid-state imaging device. SOLUTION: The resin composition contains at least (A) titanium black, (B) a polymerizable compound, (C) a resin, (D) a photopolymerization initiator, (E) a silicone-based surfactant and/or a fluorine-based surfactant and (F) an organic solvent. The light-shielding color filter has a pattern formed by using the above photosensitive resin composition. The solid-state imaging device includes the above light-shielding color filter.
