    Abstract: PURPOSE:To easily confirm the contents of an input character by providing a deciding means for whether a document corresponding to an input can be displayed completely in a display line or not in the course of inputting an indefinite character, and a means for turning back its continuation to the next line and displaying it, when it is confirmed that said document cannot be displayed completely in the corresponding display line, by the deciding means. CONSTITUTION:As for the display line of the upper stage, its input is decided definitely already, and as to the lower stage, as well, an already inputted sentence 'this time' is decided definitely. Thereafter, 'in an announcement meeting of a new product' is inputted continuously, after 't' of the line end of a display screen shown in (b), the next input is scrolled in the upper direction as shown in (c), and displayed in the lower stage. In this case, as well, all indefinite character inputs can be confirmed by the same screen, and converted from 'new' successively as shown in (d). The display screen of (e) is that which is converted and decided definitely.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To easily red the flow of a document of a part connected to a line, by constituting the titled device so that the contents of a display screen can be rewritten to the contents which always contain the line end of a line of one line before of a line in which a cursor is being displayed at present, in accordance with an instruction from an input device. CONSTITUTION:When a 'previous line' display key is inputted, input information of a 'previous line' instruction key 14 is transmitted from the whole controller 5, and a display controller 7 confirms a cursor position by seeing the contents of the present cursor display position register. Subsequently, the display control ler 7 reads out the document contents of the (A-1)-th line from a temporary memory device 3 through the whole controller 5, and confirms the line end position of the (A-1)-th line. If a line feed mark exists on the way of the line, its line feed mark is set as the line end, and unless the line feed mark exists,the contents of a one line character number register are set as the number of line end digits C, and in order to rewrite the contents of a display screen, a display head character register is rewritten.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To print a character correctly at a prescribed position over plural lines by setting a print form once especially for a sheet made into a table with a ruled line out of the sheets on which the ruled line and the character are printed in advance, and the form of which are regulated. CONSTITUTION:At the temporary storage means consisting of a page memory (PM) 5, the control information for a print interruption or a print form setting code, such as a character code, etc., other than the document information consisting of the character code and a general control code is stored. A control means 2 to print a displayed character sends out the information related to the character code out of previous stated storage means to a print means 10. And when the control code for the print interruption is detected, a printing is interrupted temporarily, and an interrupted position is stored at the previous stated temporary storage means as a reference position for the setting of the print form, and next, a position to print the character code, etc., is selected, and at this stage, the control code for the setting of the print form is inputted from an input means 1, and after a motion quantity is stored at the previous stated temporary storage means as the absolute position from the above stated reference position, the character code, etc., is printed.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To speed up floppy access by confirming the name of a floppy disk only during the reading and writing of the floppy disk after a door open state is detected. CONSTITUTION:A control circuit 13 is connected to a CPU through a bus line 20 to control a floppy disk device 4, and a door open detecting circuit is composed of a D type FF circuit 29 connected to the device 4 through a buffer element 28; and a tri-state buffer element 30 which receives the door open detection signal of the circuit 29 is controlled by a control circuit 31 to judges whether detection is performed or not. Then the circuit 29 is reset with a signal 38 only when the door open state is detected, and then a head loading-on signal 33 is held at L and a step signal 32 is turned on and off to move the heat to the 1st track; and the name is read out to confirm the loading of the specific floppy disk and writing operation is performed.
