Abstract: A load carrying and measuring apparatus for cable elevators includes a support construction attached to an underside of a base frame or a carrier frame for an elevator car and a pair of cable rollers attached below the support construction for engaging a support cable. A resilient element attaches at least one of the cable rollers to the support construction whereby the resilient element is deformed by load-dependent cable forces acting through the cable roller. A sensor detects the deformation of the resilient element and sends a signal to the elevator control. A resilient isolating element can be connected between the support construction the base frame or the carrier frame.

Abstract: Un medio 1 de absorcion de carga para elevadores de cable con disposicion de cable en eslinga inferior esta equipado con un dispositivo de medicion de carga en la que por lo menos una de las poleas de cable dispuestas por debajo del medio 1 de absorcion de carga esta montada mediante una construccion de soporte en el medio de absorcion de carga que contiene un elemento (7.1, 16, 22) elastico que se deforma mediante las fuerzas del cable dependientes de la carga actuando sobre la(s) polea(s) 9 de cable. Un sensor 15, 16 unico registra la magnitud de esta deformacion Y genera una senal correspondiente representando el peso del medio 1 de absorcion de carga como informacion de entrada para el mando del elevador.
