SOLUTION: This reaping machine chain tensioner T used for a chain 10d wound over a driving sprocket 10a and a driven wheel 10c is formed from a bar-like spring material so that a tensioning portion 76A formed on a free end side is directly brought into contact with the chain 10d, and the tensioning portion 76A is formed by folding the free end side in a state that the spring material is brought into contact with the chain 10d at plural positions in the lateral direction.

The carrying guide 81 is supported with a bolt in a rearward cantilever state and in a state that the right and left guide members 81a, 81b can elastically be moved in the lateral direction but not be moved in the vertical direction.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reaping part driving apparatus capable of suppressing the vertical oscillation caused by the driving of a reaping apparatus in higher order. SOLUTION: The driving apparatus is provided with a laterally extending reaping transmission shaft 16 having right and left raising driving output parts (a) and an input part in the middle of the right and left ends. A crank shaft 20 having a crank mechanism 28 to reciprocate the reaping blade 25 of a clipper-type reaping apparatus 8 is interlocked with the reaping transmission shaft 16 through a bevel gear mechanism 38 and the crank shaft 20 is provided with a 1st balance weight 34 to resist against the lateral motion of the reaping blade 25. A counter shaft 39 interlocked with the reaping transmission shaft 16 through the bevel gear mechanism 38 and rotating in a direction opposite to the crank shaft 20 is placed coaxially to the crank shaft 20. The counter shaft 39 is provided with a 2nd balance weight 40 to resist against the lateral motion of the reaping blade 25.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a grass dividing lever at an unreaped ground side from coming into contact with a levee in positioning a reaping part outside and reaping at the edge of the levee. SOLUTION: A reaping part 5 is connected to the front part of a self-propelled machine body 4 placed on a thresher 2. The reaping part 5 is integrally constituted changeably from the self-propelled machine body 4 in position in a set zone in the right and left direction. A grass dividing lever 10 at an unreaped ground side is constituted so as to freely operate the rocking position change from a grass dividing action position in which the grass dividing lever 10 at the unreaped ground side is extended laterally outward to a housed position in which the lever stands in line with the side of the self-propelled machine body 4. The grass dividing lever 10 at the unreaped ground side is constituted so as to be operated and rocked to the self-propelled machine body 4 side while passing the housed position in a changed state in position to the unreaped ground side. This grass divider is equipped with a stopper 16 changeable from an obstruction position for preventing the rocking of the grass dividing lever 10 at the unreaped ground side over the housed position to a releasing position for canceling the obstruction position.

Further, the structure has a lifting and lowering operation means for swinging the mowing main frame 12 upper and lower in a state allowing the sliding movement of the mowing main frame 12 installed in the body frame 11, and a floating up-preventing means for engaging and preventing the lifting of the mowing main frame 12 against the lifting and lowering operation means between the lifting and the mowing main frame 12.
