Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent trouble such as seizing due to unfavorable lubrication, etc. from happening by a method wherein at the intake side of a refrigerant carrying device, an inlet, liquid outlet and vapor-liquid separator are provided, and a refrigerator which accelerates liquefaction of gas in the vapor-liquid separator is provided, and the refrigerator is connected to a heat source side refrigerant cycle. CONSTITUTION:A vapor-liquid separator 14 has an inlet 14a and liquid outlet 14b, and a refrigerator 15 is arranged at a gas layer in the vapor-liquid separator 14 and refrigerated by a refrigerant of a heat source side refrigerant cycle X. At the time of cooling operation, a refrigerant under a two-phase stream which is heat-exchanged by a second subsidiary heat-exchanger 9 enters the vapor-liquid separator 14 through a refrigerant quantity control tank 10 and utilization side 4-way valve 13, and once the refrigerant is separated into a liquid and moist gas. The liquid is refrigerated together with gas refrigeration, enters a refrigerant carrying device 11, is pressurized and heat-exchanged in a utilization side heat- exchanger 12. In the meantime, the gas in the vapor-liquid separator 14 accelerates refrigerator liquefaction by the refrigerator 15 for the heat source side refrigerant cycle X. In this way, liquefaction of a separated gas phase is accelerated by the refrigerator 15, is sent to the refrigerant carrying device 11, and gas suction is prevented from happening, and unsatisfactory lubrication by a liquid refrigerant is dissolved, and trouble of a refrigerant carrying device is prevented from happening.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To concurrently feed oil to the end plate section and the lap section of a rotary scroll by providing grooves proceeding to both inner and outer sides on a circular groove on the end plate of the rotary scroll and connecting a back pressure chamber and an enclosed container via a valve device opened or closed according to the pressure difference. CONSTITUTION:A scroll type compressor compresses the refrigerant gas sucked through an intake pipe 11 and discharges it via a discharge hole 14, a discharge chamber 15 and a discharge pipe 19 by rotating a rotary scroll so that it is not revolved against a fixed scroll 1 constituting a compression element section apparently. In this case, multiple grooves 24 and 25 proceeding to both inner and outer sides are formed on a circular groove 23 provided on the end plate section 2a of the rotary scroll 2. A back pressure chamber 20 of a space surrounded by the back face of the rotary scroll 2 and a block 9 and an enclosed container 10 are connected via a valve device 26. This valve device 26 is opened when the pressure difference between the inner pressure of the enclosed container 10 and the pressure of the back pressure chamber becomes larger than the fixed pressure.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To immediately supply lubricating oil and constantly push up a revolving scroll by forming externally recessed parts and internally recessed parts on the annular groove on the mirror board of the revolving scroll and providing a valve device which opens when the differential pressure between a back pressure chamber and a closed container is increased over the specified value. CONSTITUTION:Externally recessed parts 24 and internally recessed parts 25 are formed on the annular groove 23 on the mirror board 2a of a revolving scroll 2. And a valve device 26 which opens when the differential pressure between a discharge pressure and the pressure in a back pressure chamber 20 is increased over the specified value is provided between the back pressure chamber 20 and a closed container 10. In such constitution the pressure in the back pressure chamber 20 is communicated with that in a suction chamber 12 via the recessed parts 24 and 25 to become the intermediate pressure between the discharge pressure and the suction pressure, on account of which the lubricating oil below the back pressure chamber 20 is introduced into the back pressure chamber 20 due to differential pressure and then into the suction chamber 12. Since the intermediate pressure in the back pressure chamber 20 depends on the level of high pressure, even at the time of the operation under high compression ratio the proper pressure may be maintained ant the revolving scroll 2 is pushed up constantly by a fixed scroll 1.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To make it possible to cool an electric motor evenly by providing linking passages to link a discharge chamber at the upper side of a fixed scroll and a motor chamber, and a notch to link the motor chamber and an oil chamber under the motor chamber, and arranging a partition plate under the motor. CONSTITUTION:An enclosed container to accomodate a block 9 to fix a fixed scroll 1 and an electric motor 8 is divided into a discharge chamber 15 positioned at the upper side of the fixed scroll 1, a motor chamber 18, and an oil chamber 24, and linking passages 16 and 17 to link the discharge chamber 15 and the motor chamber 18 are formed at the outer periphery of the block 9 and the fixed scroll 1. And while a duct 25 is furnished opposing the linking passages 16 and 17, a notch 26 to link the motor chamber 18 and the oil chamber 24 is furnished at the outer periphery of the motor 8 opposing the duct 26. And at the lower side of the motor 8, a partition plate 27 with a blind part 27a opposing the notch 26 and numerous pores 27c is arranged to prevent the remixing of the oil to the coolant.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To eliminate the dreg of coffee powder remaining on a scraper or the filter surface and to extract thereafter a tasty coffee by storing hot water in a washing cup and then pouring this hot water to wash the surface of a nylon filter with a scraper. CONSTITUTION: When the extraction dreg of coffee are removed, washing hot water is stored in a washing cup 30 via an unshown washing nozzle. Then, a wire 10 is loosened, and a cup part 23, a filter part 24 and the cup 30 are moved to the left by the coil springs 12 and 17 which are attached to the rods 13 and 18. At the same time, the filter part 24 is stopped by a projection 22 of a frame 21. Then the cup part 23 and the cup 30 are move farther to the left. Thus, the hot water contained in the cup 30 flows down through a hole 31 to wash the surface of the filter part 24 with a scraper 8, and the dreg of coffee drop down to an unshown coffee dreg sink part.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the stability of valve opening actions and the productivity of rotary compressor, by providing a high pressure valve which is able to close simultaneously the inlet port and the outlet port of a high pressure side with one side surface and close the port of a low pressure side with the other side surface. CONSTITUTION:A high pressure valve 77 of disk shape which is able to close simultaneously the outlet port 74 of a high pressure side and the inlet port 72 of the high pressure side with one side surface and close the port 76 of a low pressure side with the other side surface is provided. In case of starting, a crankshaft 54 is rotated by current supply for an electrically driven element, and the pressure drop of the low pressure chamber 61 of a compression chamber 60 is generated. This pressure drop is carried out surely in short time even in a relatively rough clearance (e.g. about 0.1mm) between the high pressure valve 77 and a valve cylinder 75. Namely, the pressure drop of the port 76 of the lower pressure side which works as the driving force for opening the high pressure valve 77 can be carried out surely and in very short time. Thereby, not only the stability of valve opening actions can be obtained, but also machining accuracy and assembling accuracy can be mitigated so as to improve the productivity of a rotary compressor.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent a large quantity of gas from flowing into a low-pressure side port on starting and make a valve opening operation smooth by constructing a high-pressure valve part in such a way that it closes both inlet and outlet ports on a high-pressure side simultaneously, and further making each of said both ports one-sided from the center of said valve. CONSTITUTION:A high-pressure side inlet port 54 and a high-pressure side outlet port 53 are closed by a valve 55 which is energized by a bias spring 56. Thereby, when starting, since the port 54 is closed by the high-pressure valve part 55a, the main factor of the pressure drop of a low-pressure side port 52 is the quantity of gas leaked from between the port 54 and the high-pressure valve part 55a, and the pressure drop takes place quite rapidly as compared with a type which is always connected to an enclosed container 2, securing valve opening force. Furthermore, each of the ports 53, 54 are one-sided with respect to the center line of a casing 51, without being coaxially arranged with the valve 55. Accordingly, when the valve 55 is separated from the port 54, the port 53 is opened, allowing part of gas to leak into a condenser 13, to prevent pressure drop and make a valve opening operation smooth.
