Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a resin molded material whose formal accuracy is favorable, by cooling the resin molded material by providing an after barrel on the tip part of an outlet of the resin. CONSTITUTION:A thermosetting resin material supplied through a hopper 1 is heated and melted within a cylinder 2 by a heater 3, shifted to a smooth part 5 through the tip part of a flight of a screw 4, a gap part to be generated by the screw flight is narrowed and fused through pressure. Then the fused resin is shaped to such an extent as to hold its own form while shifting along the smooth part of the screw. In this instance, back pressure is applied to the resin by back pressure applying equipment 6 fitted to the tip of the cylinder, the resin is fused sufficiently with pressure, shaped and extruded by turning into a tubular molded product 8 through the tip of the cylinder, back pressure applying equipment and after barrel 7. The after barrel possesses about the same inside diameter as that of the cylinder of an extruding machine, which is provided with a jacket and possesses structure quenchable through flowing of cooling water.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To readily and simply obtain aromatic polyamide pulp having an improved shape, by specifying both raw materials and a method of extruding dope into a coagulating solution. CONSTITUTION:An aromatic polyamide synthesized from an aromatic polyfunctional isocyanate and an aromatic polyfunctional carboxylic acid is dissolved in a solvent to give dope. The dope and a solution comprising a non- solvent of the aromatic polyamide as a main component are processed into binary fluid, which is extruded through a binary fluid nozzle. A main component of a coagulating solution is a non-solvent (water, methanol, etc.,) of the aromatic polyamide. The coagulating solution may contain small amounts of an amide solvent or an ion-containing solvent besides the non-solvent. High-speed stirring of the coagulating bath is not required, a high-precision device is not needed and maintenance cost can be reduced.

Abstract: PURPOSE:A solution of specific aromatic polyamide polymer and a precipitant are mixed under high shear force conditions to produce the titled substance with good water filtration, paper-making properties, less fluctuation in paper thickness and showing high physical properties such as electric insulation after processed. CONSTITUTION:The reaction between an aromatic polycarboxylic acid such as isophthalic acid and an aromatic polyisocyanate such as tolylene-2,6-diisocyanate is conducted in an anhydrous organic polar solvent such as N,N-dimethylacetamide in an inert gas atmosphere or under reduced pressure in the presence of a catalyst of a monoalkali salt of organic polycarboxylic acid at 20-250 deg.C under heating to prepare a 2-40wt% solution of an aromatic polyamide of more than 0.5 inherent viscosity. The resultant polymer solution is mixed with a precipitant, preferably a mixture of water (5-90wt%) with an inorganic compound such as calcium chloride under a shear force of higher than 3,000 Leynold's number at 35-95 deg.C.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lead-through a regular-size sheet from the terminal end of a con veyor belt in a correct attitude at good timing by providing a control roll for leading-through the lowermost regular-size sheet from the terminal end of the belt conveyor synchronously with the revolving speed based on the detection result of an interval detecting means. SOLUTION: The attitude of a regular-size sheet S on a conveyor belt 1 is detected by an attitude detecting means 2. When the inclination in the horizontal direction is detected, the attitude of the regular-size sheet S is corrected to the correct attitude by an attitude correcting means 3 based on the detection result. While the lowermost regular-size sheet S is sent according to the revolving speed of a control roll 6, the interval between the rear end side of the regular-size sheet S and the tip side of the succeeding regular-size sheet is detected by the second interval detecting means 4b. The traveling speed of the conveyor belt 1 is adjusted by a control mechanism 5 based on the detection result, and the distance between the lowermost regular-size sheet S and the succeeding regular-size sheet S is finely adjusted to the set value before the lowermost regular-size sheet S synchronized with the revolving speed of the control roll 6 is lead-through.
