PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment instrument and device for an endoscope and an endoscope treatment instrument system reducing troubles by facilitating an inserting operation of a treatment instrument when alternately using a plurality of treatment instruments, even if the instrument repeatedly approaches to a target tissue from the same position and direction. SOLUTION: This treatment instruments for the endoscope is so constituted that a high frequency knife is provided with a treatment instrument insertion part 10 having flexibility and insertable into a channel, a proximal end side of the treatment instrument insertion part 10 is disposed with a rigid linear part 11 insertable into the channel, and the proximal end side of the linear part 11 is connected with a regulation part 12 regulating the insertion of the treatment instrument insertion part 10 into the channel as a bent part formed by bending the linear part 11 in an approximately perpendicular direction. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endo-therapy accessory system for simultaneously operating an endoscope apparatus and an endo-therapy accessory without requiring an installation space, reducing a cost by simply constituting the accessory, and relieving burden on the accessory. SOLUTION: The endo-therapy accessory system 1 includes: the accessory 6 and the treating part operating part 7. The accessary 6 comprises: an operation tube 30 to be inserted to a forceps channel 5; a treating part 32 arranged at the distal end of the operation tube 30 so as to perform a prescribed treatment; an operating member which is connected to the treating part 32 and inserted into the operation tube 30 so as to be freely movable forward/backward and which drives the part 32; a first connecting member 31 connected to the proximal end of the operation tube 30; and a second connecting member 34 connected to the proximal end of the operation member. A treating part operating part 7 is arranged in an endoscope operating part 3, and has: a first fixing member 40 for detachably fixing the first connecting member 31 so as to be detachable; and a second fixing member 41 which detachably fixes the second connecting member 34 and is operated forward/backward with respect to the first fixing member 40.
