Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve compatibility with a conventional system for reproducing an ordinary video, in an optical disc having three-dimensional video and high-quality video signals recorded therein and a system for reproducing them. SOLUTION: Interleaved blocks are formed by dividing a first video signal and a second video signal into groups of frames of one GOP or more and recording them alternately on the right and left sides on an optical disc 1. In a three-dimension/high-quality-picture compatible reproduction device, a three-dimensional video or a high-quality video is obtained by reproducing both the first and second interleaved blocks. In a three-dimension/high-quality-picture non-compatible reproduction device, the ordinary video is obtained by reproducing only either the first or second interleaved block by jumping tracks. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk in which stereoscopic videos and high-quality video signals are recorded and to provide a system for reproducing the optical disk, the optical disk and the system being made compatible with a conventional system which reproduces an ordinary video.SOLUTION: A reproducing device which is used for reproducing stereoscopic videos and high-quality videos obtains a stereoscopic video or a high-quality video by reproducing both first and second interleaved blocks on the optical disk 1 in which a first video signal and a second video signal are divided into frame groups of one GOP (Group of Picture) or more and recorded alternately on right and left sides, and a reproducing device which is not used for reproducing the stereoscopic videos and the high-quality videos obtains the ordinary video by reproducing only the first or second interleaved blocks by jumping tracks.

Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk with signals of three-dimensional video and high resolution image recorded thereon and a system for reproducing data on the disk, which are compatible with a conventional system for reproducing ordinary resolution image. SOLUTION: A first image signal and a second image signal are divided into groups of frames of one GOP or more. As for interleave blocks laterally alternately recorded on an optical disk 1, a three-dimensional/high resolution image-compatible reproducing apparatus reproduces both first and second interleave blocks, thus providing a three-dimensional image or a high resolution image and a three-dimensional/high resolution image-non-compatible reproducing apparatus reproduces only one of the first and second interleave blocks by jumping tracks, thus providing an ordinary resolution image. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a migration method having an information system capable of limiting the performance of migration to an audio object (AOB) generated by PD, while allowing right management information (RMI) of one AOB from being managed doubly and triply by LCM. SOLUTION: A recording medium (a semiconductor memory card) to be used in an SDMI system including a license management apparatus records the AOB with the corresponding RMI generated by the license management apparatus, and the AOB without the corresponding RMI. Each AOB is associated with MPF which is set to ON to show that migration possible when AOB is of the latter type or set to OFF to show that no migration is possible when it is of the former type. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent production of a disk unreproducible by an existing reproducing apparatus in a system where an old DVD-R and a new DVD-R are mixed. SOLUTION: A logical characteristic acquisition part 1202 obtains logical characteristics of a disk set in a kiosk terminal via a data reading part 1204. A disk identification part 1201 identifies the type of the set disk. If the set disk is not a new recordable blank disk, a data writing part 1205 writes no data in the disk. If the set disk is a new recordable blank disk, a charging part 1206 performs charging processing, and then the data writing part 1205 writes data in the disk. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize compatibility with a conventional system reproducing a regular video in an optical disk recording a stereoscopic video and a high image quality video signal and a system reproducing the disk.SOLUTION: In a stereoscopic/high image quality correspondence type reproducer, a first video signal and a second video signal are divided into frame groups of 1GOP or more and both first and second interleave blocks which are alternately recorded on the optical disk 1 in right and left are reproduced to obtain the stereoscopic video or a high image quality video. In a reproducer of a stereoscopic/high image quality non-correspondence type, only one of the first and second interleave blocks is reproduced by track jumping so as to obtain the regular image.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure compatibility between an optical disk recorded with stereoscopic video and high-definition video signals and a system for reproducing the signals with a conventional system for reproducing ordinary video. SOLUTION: A first video signal and a second video signal are respectively divided into frame groups each having one GOP (Group Of Picture) or more, and recorded left and right on an optical disk 1 alternately to form an interleave block. A reproducing device supporting stereoscopic/high definition reproduces both of first and second interleave blocks to obtain stereoscopic video or high-definition video. A reproducing device not supporting stereoscopic/high definition track jumps and reproduces either the first or second interleave block to obtain ordinary video. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
