Abstract: A switch device includes a first node, a switch unit, an adjustment switch, an impedance element, a second node and a detection unit. A first terminal of the switch unit is coupled to the first node. A first terminal and a second terminal of the adjustment switch are respectively coupled to a second terminal of the switch unit and a reference voltage terminal. A first terminal and a second terminal of the impedance element are respectively coupled to the first terminal and the second terminal of the adjustment switch. The detection unit is coupled to the second node, and a control terminal of the switch unit and a control terminal of the adjustment switch. The detection unit detects a node signal at the second node to accordingly control the switch unit and the adjustment switch.

Abstract: The switch device includes a first circuit. The first circuit has a first end coupled between a first terminal and a second terminal, and the first circuit has the second end coupled between the first terminal and the second terminal or coupled to a third terminal. The first circuit includes a first switch and a second switch. The first switch is coupled between the first end and the second end of the first circuit and is turned on or off according to a first control signal. The second switch is connected to the first switch in parallel and is turned on or off according to a second control signal. The first switch and the second switch include transistors of the same type. In a surge protection mode, the second switch is turned on to dissipate the surge current.

Abstract: The frequency detector includes a first impedance circuit and a second impedance circuit. The first impedance circuit has a first terminal for receiving an input signal, and a second terminal for outputting a divisional signal. The second impedance circuit has a first terminal coupled to the second terminal of the first impedance circuit, and a second terminal coupled to a first system voltage terminal. The frequency response of the first impedance circuit is different from a frequency response of the second impedance circuit. The resistance of the first impedance circuit, a resistance of the second impedance circuit, and the divisional signal change with a frequency of the input signal.

Abstract: A device of measuring a duty cycle includes a resistor-capacitor circuit and a control circuit. The resistor-capacitor circuit is used to generate a first voltage when a reference signal is in a first state, and generate a second voltage and a third voltage when the reference signal is in a second state. The control circuit is coupled to the resistor-capacitor circuit, and configured to acquire an ON-time according to the first voltage, the second voltage and the third voltage. Abstract: A temperature detector is used to detect a temperature of a circuit under test, and includes a temperature coefficient component, a multiplier, an impedance component and a node. The temperature coefficient component is arranged in proximity to the circuit under test. A control terminal of the multiplier is coupled to a second terminal of the temperature coefficient component. The impedance component is coupled between the second terminal of the temperature coefficient component and the control terminal of the multiplier, or between a second terminal of the multiplier and a third voltage terminal. The node is formed between the second terminal of the temperature coefficient component and the control terminal of the multiplier. A voltage at the node and an amplified detection current flowing to a first terminal of the multiplier are positively correlated to the temperature of the circuit under test.

Abstract: The invention provides a radio frequency (RF) amplifier apparatus including an amplifier and a resonance circuit. An input terminal of the amplifier receives an RF signal. The amplifier amplifies a first frequency component of the RF signal and outputs the amplified first frequency component to an output terminal of the amplifier. A first terminal and a second terminal of the resonance circuit are respectively coupled to the input terminal and the output terminal of the amplifier. The resonance circuit provides a low impedance path for a second frequency component of the RF signal between the input terminal and the output terminal of the amplifier, and provides a high impedance path for the first frequency component of the RF signal between the input terminal and the output terminal of the amplifier.

Abstract: An amplification circuit includes a switch circuit, an amplifier, and a control circuit. The switch circuit has a first terminal coupled to a radio frequency signal input terminal or a system voltage terminal, a second terminal coupled to an input terminal of the amplifier, and a control terminal configured to receive a control signal. The amplifier amplifies a radio frequency signal. The control circuit generates the control signal according to a driving current generated by the amplifier. When the control circuit determines that the amplifier operates in a high power mode, the control circuit controls the control signal to adjust a conducting level between the first terminal and the second terminal of the switch circuit according to the intensity of the driving current.

Abstract: A radio frequency device and a voltage generating device thereof are provided. The voltage generating device includes a first transistor, a second transistor, and a voltage dividing circuit. A first terminal of the first transistor receives a first voltage. A first connection terminal and a second connection terminal of the voltage dividing circuit are respectively coupled to second terminals of the first transistor and the second transistor. The voltage dividing circuit generates a first divided voltage and a second divided voltage. The first divided voltage is used as an output voltage of the voltage generating device. The second divided voltage is output as a control voltage to a control terminal of the first transistor and a control terminal of the second transistor.

Abstract: A signal switching apparatus includes a signal control switch, a switch circuit, a blocking capacitor and a surge current dissipating circuit. The signal control switch coupled between a first signal transceiving end and a second signal transceiving end is turned on or turned off according to a first control signal. The switch circuit having at least one first transistor is controlled by a second control signal to be turned on or off, and a first end of the switch circuit is coupled to the first signal transceiving end. The blocking capacitor is coupled between a second end of the switch circuit and a reference voltage terminal. The surge current dissipating circuit having at least one second transistor is coupled between the second end of the switch circuit and the reference voltage terminal. The second transistor is configured to dissipate a surge current and also turned off when operated normally.
