SOLUTION: A terminal section comprising an operating section 10, a printer 11 connected with the operating section 10 and outputting specified data, and a communicating section 12 connected with the operating section 10 and enabling communication with an external network, a central processing section 13 providing information required for the terminal section, a section for collecting maintenance information, e.g. the version information of a program and expendable parts at the terminal section, and a section for supplying maintenance information to a central processing section 13 through the communicating section of the terminal section are provided, wherein the terminal side comprising the terminal section, the maintenance information collecting section and the maintenance information supplying section is connected with the information center side comprising the central processing section 13 through a network and the central processing section 13 provides the terminal side with required information depending on the maintenance information.
