Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide an ink cartridge enabling the conservation of resources, simple to mount, contributing to the reduction of cost and simply subjected to waste refuse treatment. A plurality of elastic engaging pawl pieces 24 whose leading ends obliquely protrude toward the center are formed to the cylindrical part 19 and engaging recessed parts 17 having inclined surfaces 17a inclined in the same direction as the inclination direction of the engaging pawl pieces 24 and vertical surfaces 17b steeply rising from the leading ends of the inclined surfaces 17a so as to extend in a vertical direction, that is, an almost radius direction are formed on the outer peripheral surface of one end part of the spool 9 at least in the same number as the engaging pawl pieces 24.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To eliminate noise and vibration at the time of high speed rotation such as a fast forwarding, unwinding, etc., by forming the inner and outer peripheral surfaces of a hub for a micro-cassette tape with a non-foamed or low-foamed polypropylene and forming the intermediate layer part provided between the inner and outer peripheral surfaces with a highly foamed polypropylene. CONSTITUTION:The inner and outer peripheral surfaces 2, 3 of the hub 1 are constituted of the non-foamed or low-foamed rigid skin layers with the thickness on the order of 0.5-0.6mm, and the intermediate layer part 4 between these layers are constituted of a highly-foamed elastic layer. In this case, the polypropylene blended with the foamed material is used for every part of them, and the inner and outer peripheral surfaces 2, 3 are made to the non-foamed state and the intermediate layer part 4 is made to the foamed state by selecting the cooling temperature of a mold to be used. That is, when the polypropylene is injected to the mold, the part in contact with the inner wall of the mold is solidified with no time to foam since the temperature thereon is low, and the inside polypropylene is solidified while being slowly foamed.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To eliminate a possibility that forgetting to conduct an unlocking operation may cause a malfunction and a failure by a method wherein locking of a bobbin is positively released only by loading an ink ribbon cartridge on a device, such as a printer. CONSTITUTION:A bobbin 9 wound with an ink ribbon is rotatably contained in a case 2. On the bobbin 9, engaging recessed parts 13 are formed on positions where the wound ink ribbon does not exist. A resiliently engaging member 16 is so provided as to be supported by the case 2 at one end 16b and engaged with the engaging recessed part 13 of the bobbin 9 at a free end 16d which is the other engaging end. When an ink ribbon cartridge is loaded on a device, such as a printer, a pressing part provided on the device presses a pressed part 16a of the resiliently engaging member 16 to disengage the engaging end 16d from the engaging recessed part 13 of the bobbin 9. As a result, there is no possibility that forgetting to conduct an unlocking operation may cause a malfunction and a failure.

Consequently, when the magnetic head H is thrusted, the first member 21 is pressed and the apex part 23 in the center of the second member 22 is pressed, the tip parts on both sides are deformed in the opposite direction, and the cutouts 24a, 24b protrude in the traveling position of the tapelike recording medium T. Thereby, a tape pass system is stabilized at a recording and replay operation.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To stabilize a tape passing system and to always stably record/ reproduce by providing protrusions formed horizontal at one side and oblique at the other of tape guides provided between the front side opening of a cassette housing and a reel hub. Accordingly, for example, when a tape-like recording medium T tends to be fed irregularly downward at parts of the protrusions 9b, 10b provided at the post 5b, a force biased upward obliquely of the protrusion 10b is operated at the medium T to be deviated upward. Further, the upper position of the medium T is restricted horizontally of the protrusion 10b, and the medium T is fed at the intermediate part of the protrusions 9b, 10b. The similar operation is conducted at the protrusions 9a, 10a provided at the post 5a. Thus, a tape passing system is stabilized to always stably record/reproduce.
