Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a composite bulky yarn capable of retaining a yarn structural shape, improving permanent set properties in fatigue in yarn structure and improved in the permanent set properties in fatigue without deteriorating a fullness feeling or a voluminous feeling even in a woven or a knitted fabric. SOLUTION: This composite bulky yarn comprises at least two kinds of fibers different in melting temperature. Fibers having a lower melting temperature are aliphatic polyester fibers and a part of the aliphatic polyester fibers are melted and partially fused to other filaments. The two kinds of the fibers are interlaced and subjected to filament combining and polylactic acid is preferably used as the aliphatic polyester.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a foamed fibrous structure having approximately globular and independent holes, and excellent in cushioning property and heat retaining one by subjecting a fibrous structure to exhaustion treatment with a low molecular weight compound and then by subjecting the fibrous structure to the expansion treatment of the low molecular weight compound. SOLUTION: This foamed fibrous structure where approximately globular and independent holes having an average diameter equal to 0.001-0.2 times the diameter of a polyester fiber exist within the polyester fiber is produced by subjecting a fibrous structure made of a polyester having 0.04-0. 10 birefringence to exhaustion treatment with a low molecular weight compound such as carbon dioxide at >=1 MPa and =2% carbon dioxide to be absorbed after filling the fibrous structure in a high-pressure vessel such as an autoclave and introducing the low molecular weight compound such as carbon dioxide, and then by making the carbon dioxide expand through the soaking treatment of the fibrous structure in water at >=10 deg.C and

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a modified polyester-based fiber-structured material, suppressing the reduction of its strength with time, and capable of fitting to the practical use, and to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: This modified polyester-based fiber-structured material is obtained by graft polymerizing a hydrophilic vinyl monomer with a fiber- structured material consisting of at least 80 wt.% polypropyleneterephthalate. The method for producing such modified polyester-based fiber-structured material, is to impart an aqueous solution containing the hydrophilic vinyl monomer and a polymerization initiator to the fiber-structured material containing at least 80 wt.% polypropylene terephthalate and heat-treat them.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject conjugate fiber scarcely deteriorating a hygroscopic polymer even when carrying out a yarn processing treatment, excellent in moisture absorbing and desorbing properties, color fastness and weather resistance and useful for sportswear, etc., by using a polyester as a sheath part and the specific hygroscopic polymer as a core part. SOLUTION: This conjugate fiber is obtained by using a polyester having fiber-forming properties as a sheath part and a hygroscopic polymer having >=4.0 value of the moisture absorbing and desorbing parameter ▵MR, a lower weight reduction rate with an alkali than that of polyethylene terephthalate and further a polyalkylene glycol having 200-20,000 molecular weight as at least one copolymerization component such as a copolyether as a core part. The conjugate fiber preferably has 1-30% of void parts based on the fiber cross- sectional area and the void parts are preferably present adjacently to both the sheath and the core parts. The fibrous structure containing >=20 wt.% of the moisture absorbing and desorbing polyester-based conjugate fiber and having >=2.0% value of the ▵MR is preferably produced.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a moisture permeable and waterproofing a stock, which has a high filmy surface strength simultaneous with the high grade moisture permeability and waterproofness. SOLUTION: In this moisture permeable and water proofing stock, at least one water growing resin layer is provided so as to bond on one whole surface of a fibrous structure. At least one continuous resin layer is laminated onto a release substrate under the condition that its bonding layer becomes its uppermost layer and then turned into a film so as to contact-band the fibrous structure to the bonding layer. After bonding, the release substrate is removed. Thus, the enlargement of the developing usage in especially laminated stock becomes possible.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare fibers comprising a polymer composition obtained by blending a bacterium cellulose which is produced from a certain kind of bacterium with a polymer having a soft main chain, and having stretchability and flexibility. SOLUTION: A bacterial cellulose is blended with a polymer having a soft main chain, preferably a polyvinyl alcohol-based polymer, in an amount of 2-50 wt.%, more preferably 7-50 wt.%, to obtain the objective fibers preferably having a thickness of 0. 01-100 tex, a strength of >=0.2 g/tex and an elongation of >=3.0%.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminating stock material having a high permeable performance to water vapor and a high water-resistant performance and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This laminating stock material consists of a non-porous polyurethane resin A layer having the thickness of 0.1-10 μm and and a non-porous polyurethane resin B layer, the water absorption swelling rate of which is larger than that of the resin A layer and which has the thickness of 5-50 μm. In this case, a composite film formed by laminating the resin B layer onto one side of the resin A layer, is laminated through adhesive onto a fibrous structure under the condition that the resin A layer side faces to the structure.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a deposited textile fabric improved in the adhesive force of the deposition film thereon, and ultimately, imparted with excellent resistance to washing, wear resistance, etc., and also ensured not to get stiff. SOLUTION: This deposited fabric is such one that at least a part of the surface of a polyester fabric 1 bears a deposition thin film consisting of metal or inorganic matter via an intermediate agent essentially comprising an oxidized silicone-based resin 2 and melamine-based resin. This deposited fabric is obtained by bearing a silicone-based resin 2 and melamine-based resin on the surface of a polyester fabric 1 followed by plasma treatment of the resultant surface, and then depositing a thin film 3 consisting of metal or inorganic matter onto the plasma-treated surface.
