    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable silicone grease composition for heat dissipation that exhibits stable thermoconductive performances over a long period of time.
    SOLUTION: The silicone grease composition for heat dissipation comprises the following components (A)-(C): (A) 100 pts.mass of an organopolysiloxane having a thixotropicity degree α of 1.03-1.50 and a viscosity at 25°C of 100-1,000,000 mPa s; (B) 5-200 pts.mass of a hydrolyzable organopolysiloxane which is trifunctional at one end represented by general formula (1); (C) 200-4,000 pts.mass of a thermoconductive inorganic filler having an average particle size of 0.1-100 μm and a specific surface area of 0.01-50 m

    1 is a 1-6C alkyl group; R
    2 is one or two or more groups selected from the group consisting of 1-18C (un)substituted monovalent hydrocarbon groups; and a is an integer of 5-120.
