Abstract:
Abstract:
A board 1 for installing a wooden floor in a herringbone pattern has two long sides of which a first long side 7 is provided with a main groove 15 and a second long side 9 is provided with a main tongue 17, and has two short sides 11, 13, which are both provided with a transverse tongue 19, 21. The two transverse tongues on the short sides are disposed right opposite to each other and in the middle of the short side. The second long side 9 is further provided with two auxiliary grooves 23, 25 spaced apart from each other which are each disposed adjacent to an end of the long side, while the distance 27 between an end of a transverse tongue 19, 21 and the most remote long side is as great as the distance 29 between a short side and the most remote end of the auxiliary groove 23, 25 adjacent to this short side.
Abstract:
A panel connector system (100) is provided and includes a plurality of panels (102, 104) and panel connectors (112). Each panel (102) includes sidewall extensions (122, 124) with lips (126, 128) and a cross-wall (120) therebetween to define an outwardly opening edge channel (136). Each panel connector (112) includes a base (150) and an arm portion (152). The base (150) includes a base plate (156) and a contact element (158). The arm portion (152) includes a longitudinal slot (176), an axial ledge portion (174) and a spring portion (172). The base plate (156) is fastened to the panel cross-wall (120) and one of the lips (126) is disposed in the connector slot (176) when the connector is attached within the edge channel. Two panels (102, 104) and fastened connectors (112) are reversibly aligned and connected one over another.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a panel (1) with connecting elements (3, 4, 7, 9) which form a positive-fit connection to another panel (2). One panel (1) comprises side connection means in the form of a groove (3) formed by two rigid flanks. One of said two rigid flanks (6) is longer than the other. The longer rigid flank (6) has a recess (7). The other panel comprises a tongue (4) on the side. Said tongue (4) has a projection (9) on an underside or top side, this projection (9) and said recess (7) being situated in such a way that the projection (9) can snap into the recess (7). The side of the tongue with the projection has a slope (12), said slope insuring that a distance is maintained between the slope and the long rigid flank (6) when the two panels are joined. The two panels can be interconnected without using force and without glue.

Abstract:
A description is given of a system with tiles which are to be interconnected for a floor, ceiling, wall or panel, wherein each tile has a base which, at the circumference, is attached to a circumferential edge which extends downward, wherein raised portions which are separated from one another by a framework of open channels extend from the base, the outside of the circumferential edge is provided with at least one pair of coupling members for connection to an adjoining tile whose circumferential edge is provided, on the outside, with at least one other pair of coupling members, in the coupled state of said one and other pairs of coupling members, the circumferential edges of adjoining tiles contact one another, and each pair of said one and other pairs of coupling members has a first coupling member and a second coupling member which are mutually complementary and which are each provided with a supporting surface, which supporting surfaces are designed such that in the above-mentioned coupled state the supporting surface of the first coupling member of said pair transmits pressure exerted on one tile to the other tile and the supporting surface of the second coupling member of said pair transmits pressure exerted on the other tile to the said one tile.
Abstract:
Abstract:
A tray substrate (100) of a flooring system comprises : a tray substrate surface which is an upward facing horizontal surface; a tray substrate bottom with a padding attached to the tray substrate bottom; a plurality of vertical tray edges which protrude upward and extend around a perimeter of the tray substrate surface; a plurality of tray substrate edges defining an outsider perimeter of the tray substrate; the tray substrate edges having a plurality of upward tabs (200) and a plurality of downward tabs (300), wherein the upward tabs (200) have a surface (210) and a valley (220), and the downward tabs (300) have a surface (310) and a lip (320). In order to provide a narrow gap between two interconnected tray substrates, a portion (330) of each downward tab (300) is recessed under the upward facing horizontal surface.
