Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent a rapid closing of a poppet valve caused by a dynamic pressure by a method wherein liquid is filled in a liquid chamber in a bearing cylinder. CONSTITUTION:When a poppet valve 5 is opened, a large diameter upper part (c) of a valve shaft 6 is positioned above a liquid chamber 11 at a bearing cylinder 8 and liquid is immersed from a sliding clearance between the valve shaft 6 and the bearing cylinder 8 and filled in the liquid chamber 11. When the liquid in the main body 1 of a container is discharged from a supplying and discharging port 4 at a speed more than 25m/sec, the poppet valve 5 is rapidly closed. However, the liquid filled in the liquid chamber 11 is compressed by the large diameter upper part (c) of the fast descending valve shaft 6, so that the liquid is compressed to increase the pressure and to resist against the descending of the valve shaft 6 and the opened valve condition is kept. However, when the slow discharging of the liquid is kept, the liquid in the liquid chamber 11 is discharged from the sliding clearance between the valve shaft 6 and the bearing cylinder 8 to close the poppet valve 5.
