    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal in which key marks are changeable according to each mode of the mobile terminal. SOLUTION: A keypad device 250 includes: a light-transmissive actuator 265 having a plurality of dome-like first areas and a plurality of second areas surrounding the plurality of first areas; a light-transmissive conductive coating layer 266 formed in a lower portion at an inner side of the actuator 265; a light-transmissive base 261 including a first electrode pattern 262 and a second electrode pattern 263 on its upper surface, wherein the first electrode pattern 262 constantly comes in contact with an area of the conductive coating layer 266 corresponding to edges of the first areas and, on the other hand, the second electrode pattern 263 comes in contact with an area of the conductive coating layer 266 corresponding to a pressed portion of the first area only when the actuator 265 is pressed; and a key display unit 270 which is disposed under the base 261 and formed so that visual information is seen thereon through the actuator 265, the conductive coating layer 266 and the base 261.
