Abstract:
An input element comprises a pair of spread substrates each having an electroconductive film, the electroconductive surfaces, facing each other and a spacer disposed between said substrates to surround the space. An electroconductive film of at least one of said substrates extends outside of the spacer, which comprises an elastic resin disposed at the crossing portion of the spacer and the electroconductive film extended outside of the spacer.
Abstract:
An electrical switch comprising a touch panel includes a flexible membrane having a series of parallel, electrically conductive strips formed thereon; and an opposed substrate layer having conductive strips thereon parallel and orthogonal to the membrane strips. A series of filament spacers, running parallel to the substrate layer strips, are positioned between the membrane and substrate layer to maintain the membrane strips and substrate strips in spaced-apart relation to each other. The filament spacers are secured to an associated boundary or frame. Finger or instrument pressure selectively applied to the membrane and directed toward the substrate, can establish contact between a chosen membrane strip and substrate strip to close the switch. The elastic deformation of the filament spacers enhances contact closure and contact life expectancy. The presence of insulative dust, which interferes with the current flow between the contacts, is eliminated.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a transparent conductive film keeping a transparent conductive layer patternized and having a good appearance. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the transparent conductive film has the process of forming at least one undercoat layer on one surface or each of both surfaces of a transparent film base material, the process of forming the transparent conductive layer on the undercoat layer by a sputtering method, the process of etching the transparent conductive layer to keep patternized, and the process of annealing and crystallizing the patternized transparent conductive layer. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film in which a transparent conductor layer is patterned and which has satisfactory appearance, and to provide a method for manufacturing the film. SOLUTION: The transparent conductive film has a transparent conductor layer via at least two undercoat layers on one or both surfaces of a transparent film base material, and in the transparent conductive film, the transparent conductor layer is patterned. An unpatterned part that does not have the transparent conductor layer has at least two undercoat layers, and the thickness the undercoat layer being a first layer from the transparent film base material is 100 to 220 nm is formed of an organic matter. Abstract:
A touch control keyboard includes a plurality of keycaps, a plurality of touch key parts, a plurality pairs of conductive distributions, a first circuit board, and a second circuit board. An upper part of each keycap includes a touch key part having a coupling capacitor. The touch key parts and the pair of conductive distributions and the first circuit board are electrically connected. The first circuit board detects the coupling capacitors of the touch key parts by using the pair of conductive distributions to generate a first key signal. The second circuit board detects keystrokes of the keycaps to generate a second key signal.
Abstract:
A low profile keyboard backlight module includes an electrically insulative bottom membrane layer, an intermediate membrane layer including a conducting layer, an insulative layer and a light-emitting layer attached together through lamination and bonded to the top surface of the bottom membrane layer, and an electrically insulative top membrane layer bonded to a top surface of the intermediate membrane layer opposite to the bottom membrane layer and having an integrated elastic layer located at a top surface thereof to support a set of keys. Thus, the low profile keyboard backlight module provides optimal waterproof effects and is practical for use in an electronic product having light, thin, short and small characteristics.
