Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a static fluid mixing apparatus reduced in pressure loss of a fluid and simplified in disassembly/reassembly.SOLUTION: In the static fluid mixing apparatus, a pair of uni-directionally extending plate-shaped mixing elements 10, 20 are faced with each other in a superposed state to form a mixing passage extending in the element extending direction between both mixing elements. An inflow hole 12 is formed in a starting end of the mixing passage, and an outflow hole 14 is formed in a terminating end of the mixing passage in the other-side part of the mixing element. The mixing passage includes a plurality of branch parts for flowing and branching the fluid flowing into the mixing passage through the inflow hole in the extending direction of the mixing passage, and a plurality of confluent parts for flowing and making confluent the fluids branched by the branch parts in the extending direction of the mixing passage. A starting end side temporary residence space 40 is formed between the leader of the mixing passage and the inflow hole in the mixing element, a terminating end-side temporary residence space 50 is formed between the terminating end of the mixing passage and the outflow hole in the mixing element, and the starting end side temporary residence space and the terminating end-side temporary residence space have widths which are almost the same as that of the mixing passage.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop an agitating apparatus capable of reducing the time and labor required for maintenance work such as washing and also reducing production cost while securing excellent agitating efficiency. SOLUTION: The fluid agitating part is provided in the agitating apparatus for agitating the fluid. The fluid agitating part is configured such that a pair of agitating bodies opposed to each other and coaxially arranged are rotated around the same axial line and the fluid flowing-in through an inflow part formed in a center part which is a rotation center of one of the agitating body is allowed to flow in the radial direction through an agitation flow path formed between the agitating bodies and flows out from an outflow part formed between the outer peripheral edge parts of both agitating bodies. The agitating flow path is formed such that the flow path cross-sectional area is gradually reduced from the inflow part side toward the outflow part side. An one side meandering flow path forming piece projected from the one side agitating body toward an another side agitating body and the another side meandering flow path forming piece projected from the another side agitating body toward the one side agitating body are alternately arranged at a certain interval in the extending direction of the agitating flow path and the fluid flowing-in from the inflow part is agitated by flowing to the outflow part side while overflowing each meandering flow path forming piece and meandering. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a static fluid mixing apparatus capable of performing processing such as generation of ultra-fine and uniform bubbles and has small pressure loss. SOLUTION: A static fluid mixing apparatus has a plurality of mixing units arranged in a tubular casing body at intervals in the axis direction of the casing body and adjacent mixing units and the casing body form a flow path forming space. Each mixing unit has an annular outflow path communicating with the end of the mixing flow path. The annular outflow path is open in a ring-like form having a substantially constant interval along the entire circumference and the opening at the end of the annular outflow path functions as an outflow opening connecting to the flow path forming space. In the outflow path forming space is formed a collection flow path into which fluid having passed through the mixing flow path collects after flowing from the entire circumference of the outflow opening which is open in the ring-like form and moving toward the axis of the casing body.
