Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing head supporting device which is immediately rocked and inclined by a small force when a processing head contacts an obstacle.SOLUTION: The processing head supporting device supports a processing head 1 such as a laser beam machining head. A circular rocking and supporting member 11 is provided on a head supporting member 7 provided on a support frame 5 in a processing machine in a rockingly supporting manner in the X-axis direction. The rocking and supporting member 11 is urged toward the head supporting member 7 side. A Y-axis direction rocking and supporting member 15 is provided, which is rockingly supported by the rocking and supporting member 11 in a rockable manner in the Y-axis direction. A returning means 17 is provided between the Y-axis direction rocking and supporting member 15 and the head supporting member 7 so as to return the Y-axis direction rocking and supporting member 15 to the original position. A processing head fitting part for fitting the processing head 1 is provided on the Y-axis direction rocking and supporting member 15.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate bending machine capable of carrying out quickly holding fixation of a workpiece with a bottom die and a top die and release of the workpiece.SOLUTION: A plate bending machine includes an upper frame 9 provided with a top die 7 and arranged in a freely swinging way on a lower frame 5 provided with a bottom die 3, an eccentric shaft 19 between an upper wall 21U of an auxiliary frame 21 arranged on the upper frame and the upper frame, a clamping force imparting member 13 with its upper end side pivot-connected to the eccentric shaft and its lower end side pivot-connected to the lower frame, a lower adjustment block freely advanceable/retreatable between the eccentric shaft and the upper frame and an upper adjustment block freely advanceable/retreatable between the eccentric shaft and the auxiliary frame and auxiliary adjustment parts 23A and 25A each arranged in the lower adjustment block and the upper adjustment block. In the state that the auxiliary adjustment part of the lower adjustment block advances between the eccentric shaft and the upper frame, the auxiliary adjustment part of the upper adjustment block advances freely between the eccentric shaft and the auxiliary frame.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a use metal mold instruction device and a system in a bending work device, capable of surely executing work for installing a metal mold in the bending work device by taking out the metal mold from a metal mold storage shelf.SOLUTION: The use metal mold instruction device in the bending work device for storing and installing a metal mold by moving the metal mold between a metal mold storage and the bending work device, has a display lamp for every storage place by fixing the storage place to the metal mold storage side for every metal mold, and has a display device on the bending work device side. When moving the metal mold, the metal mold of a moving object is displayed on the display device on the bending work device side, and the display lamp provided in the storage place for storing the metal mold of the moving object is lit on the metal mold storage side.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outpace processing method and a metal mold capable of shear-separating a part to be a scrap only with a cut-off blade part provided in a punch metal mold, when executing outpace processing of a work piece.SOLUTION: An outpace processing method is provided for executing outpace processing of a plate-like work piece W with a die metal mold 13 having a rectangular die hole 17 and a punch metal mold 1 having a punch blade part 5 freely engaging with/separating from the die hole 17, and includes the steps of: forming a half-blank processing part HB in which the three directions of both sides in the width direction of the die hole 17 and the advancing direction of the outpace processing, exist in a connection state to the work piece when the punch blade part 5 is engaged with the die hole 17; forming a tip side part T integral only with the half-blank processing part HB and breaking through and shearing a proper position between the half-blank processing part HB and the tip side part T only with the cut-off blade part 9 provided on an under surface of the punch blade part 5; repeating the step by the proper number of times; and shear-separating the half-blank processing part from the work piece in the final step.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a YAG laser beam machine including a compact welding head having a lighting system for lighting a workpiece in order to correctly observe the workpiece in the welding of a narrow place or a distal place to which any conventional welding head cannot reach. SOLUTION: In the YAG laser beam machine including a robot arm 9, a welding head 1 mounted on one end of the robot arm has a cylindrical body and a conical body 8 continuously extending from an end of the cylindrical body, and the laser beam emitted from a laser beam generating means provided on the cylindrical body is converged by an optical means 5 and emitted from an aperture in a top of the conical body, thereby the welding head machines the workpiece. The welding head has a lighting system 6 for lighting the workpiece and installed inside the cylindrical body, and a reflection means provided on a surface of the optical means 5 to reflect the lighting beam.
