Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire saw device which cuts a workpiece formed of an ingot into a plurality of wafers without a saw mark and chipping, and to provide a method for manufacturing the wafer using the wire saw device.SOLUTION: The wire saw device includes wire holding rollers 120, 130 provided with a wire holding member holding a wire 110 cutting the workpiece W on the outer periphery and an auxiliary roller 140 provided with a wire holding member holding the wire cutting the workpiece on the outer periphery, a plurality of grooves for preventing wire deviation are formed on the outer peripheries of these rollers at predetermined intervals in the wire holding members provided on the outer peripheries, and an auxiliary roller position adjusting means is provided which adjusts a protruding amount of the auxiliary roller relative to the wire holding rollers so that an angle formed by the wire extended from the grooves of the wire holding members of the respective wire holding rollers to the groove of the wire holding member of the auxiliary roller becomes a constant angle.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid circulation device circulating liquid in a container thoroughly in the container, and to provide a hydroponic device for home using the liquid circulation device. SOLUTION: The liquid circulation device includes a container 2 for storing liquid 6, a circulation path 3 having an inlet 3a and an outlet opening 3b opened in the liquid and circulating the liquid 6, an air supply pipe 4 connected with the circulation path 3 through an air supply opening 4a, and sucking the liquid 6 from the inlet opening 3a to circulate to one direction and send out from the outlet opening 3b, and an air pump 5 connected to the air supply pipe 4. One or both the inlet opening 3a and the outlet opening 3b of the circulation path 3 open to a direction along the inner wall surface of the container 2 near the inner wall surface, and the air supply port 4a is installed on a part rising in the circulation direction of the liquid 6 in the circulation path 3. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water purifying apparatus which can perform photocatalytic reaction and can improve purification performance with respect to turbid water by making water contain oxygen. SOLUTION: The water purifying apparatus comprises a photocatalyst unit 2 which includes a purification container 5 placed outside the hydrosphere, a photocatalyst filter 4 accommodated in the purification container 5; and a water discharge part 6 for discharging water in the container 5, and an aeration unit 3 which includes aeration piping 9 having an outlet disposed in the purification container 5 and an inlet disposed in the hydrosphere, and supplying the turbid water in the hydrosphere into the purification container 5 together with air when the air is supplied from the inlet, an air supply pipe 8 having one end in the inlet of the aeration piping 9 and having the other end out side the hydrosphere, and an air pump 7 connected to the other end of the air supply pipe 8 to supply air into the aeration piping 9 through the air supply pipe 8. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire saw apparatus capable of preventing a wire from breaking, even if a fixed abrasive grain wire is used, and surely achieving high working efficiency and high-speed cutting inherent to a fixed abrasive grain method. SOLUTION: The wire saw apparatus 1 includes a wire 2 capable of reciprocating for cutting a workpiece 11 which is pushed, wherein abrasive grains are fixed to the wire 2 in advance. The apparatus includes a tension adjusting means 6 for adjusting the tension of the wire 2 while the wire 2 reciprocates, and a controller 12 for controlling the tension of the wire 2 via the means 6 and also controlling the traveling speed of the wire 2. The controller 12 controls the acceleration/deceleration of the wire 2 to be 36,000 m/min 2 or higher when the wire 2 is reversed in running from normal running in one direction to normal running in the other direction while controlling the tension of the wire 2 to be within ±2.5N with respect to a set value which is 50% or higher of the breaking strength of the wire 2 or controls the time required for the reverse in running to be 3 seconds or shorter.
