Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding system constituted so as not only to enhance the production efficiency of a molded product to achieve cost reduction but also to mold the molded product of stable quality.
SOLUTION: The molding system comprises a molding machine 1, a hopper 2 for supplying the molding material to the molding machine 1 and a preparatory drying machine for preparatorily drying the molding material to be stored in the hopper 2 before the supply of the molding material to the molding machine 1. The hopper 2 can be mounted on the drying machine in a freely detachable manner and, after the hopper 2 which has stored the molding material, is mounted on the drying machine to preparatorily dry the molding material in the hopper 2 along with the hopper 2, the hopper 2 is detached from the drying machine to be mounted on the molding machine 1 to supply the molding material. Further, dehumidified air is supplied to the hopper 2 mounted on the molding machine 1 from a dehumidified air supply device 5 through tubes 3 and 4 to keep the dried state of the molding material preparatorily dried in the hopper 2.
