Abstract: PURPOSE: An immunostimulating composition containing a natural herbal extract increasing effect on the production of interleukin-2 and interferon-γ and inhibiting secretion of histamine is provided. Therefore, the composition can be effectively used as an agent for or an adjunct to treatment of diseases according to the lowering of immunity, in particular, cold. CONSTITUTION: An immunostimulating composition contains an extract of Glycyrrhizae Radix, Zizyphi Fructus, Pyrus pyrifolia(Burm. fil.) Nakai var. culta (Makino) Nakai, Atractylodis rhizoma alba, Zingiberis Rhizoma, Folium Perillae, Astragali Radix and green onion, Allium fistulosum L. in a weight ratio of 1 to 4:1 to 4: to 10 to 40:3 to 9:1 to 4:1 to 4:2 to 6:5 to 10. The herbal extract is added with a mixture of rice, malted rice and yeast in a ratio of 1 to 4:0.2 to 1:0 to 0.1. and then fermented to produce the immunostimulating composition.

Abstract: 본 발명은 우리말과는 어순이 다른 영어 문장의 이해를 돕기 위하여 의미단락별로 끊어서 그 요소에 적합한 문장분석부호를 사용하고, 또 그 각 요소들을 시에서처럼 줄을 바꾸어 제시함으로써 시각적으로 주어와 동사를 잘 파악하면서 읽는 훈련을 하고 이를 통해 정독과 속독을 가능하게 하는 영어 교재 작성방법이다.
그 작성 과정을 살펴보면,
제 1 단계로 다음 문장 분석 부호를 2 개 이상 결합하여 사용한다. 접속사 앞, 전치사 앞, 부사구 앞, 절과 절 사이, 긴 목적어와 긴 보어 앞, 긴 주어 뒤, 문두 부사의 뒤에는 '/'표시를 하며, 관계사절(형용사절), 현재분사 구문, 과거분사 구문, 동격절, 형용사구 등의 문장내 수식어구는 '[ ]'표시를 하고, 문장 전체의 의미에 있어 부수적인 역할을하는 삽입어구나 문장중간의 부사(구)는 '( )'표시를 해서 문장의 주요소와 분리 시킨다. 한편, 문장의 뼈대를 구성하는 주요구문(structure : not A but B, It is ∼ that, so ∼ that, the 비교급, the 비교급 등)에는 ' ' 모양의 밑줄을, 주요동사관련 구문(rob A of B, provide A with B, punish A for B, attribute A to B 등) 과 숙어 ( at the mercy of, by way of, result in 등)에는 '

'모양의 밑줄을 표시해서 강조한다. 그리고 다수의 문장으로 이루어진 하나의 지문의 내용을 정리하여 보여주기 위해서, 주제문(topic sentence)에는 '＜ ＞'표시, 내용상의 주제어(key word)에는 ' ' 표시, 글의 흐름을 알 수 있는 연결사 (For example, However, In addition 등)나 글의 전개 방식 단서 (Some∼, Others... ; First, Second, ... 등)에는 ' '표시를 해서 주의를 집중하게 한다.
제2단계로 줄 바꿔 쓰기는 모든 문장부호(, : ; - - 등)의 자리와, 지금까지 언급한 문장 분석 부호자리에서 줄을 바꿔 쓴다. 단, 문장의 내용상 서로 긴말하게 연결된 요소는 줄 바꾸기 대신에 한 줄 안에서 분석 부호를 쓸 수도 있다. 들여쓰기에 있어서는 주어와 동사는 첫째 칸부터, 나머지 요소는 모두 셋째 칸 내지 넷째 칸 부터 쓴다. 이렇게 함으로써 주어와 동사 부분만 돌출되어 의미파악이 더욱 쉽게 되는 장점이 있음.

Abstract: 본 발명은 핵산증폭배양과 정위치교잡법(in situ hybridization)을 위한 써멀 사이클로(thermal Cycler)장치에 관한 것이다.
기존에는 핵산증폭배양과 정위치교잡법을 시행하기 위해서는 각각의 시스템에 의하여 시행하였던바, 각각의 기기를 구입하게 되는 비용이 많이 들고, 온도유지 및 에너지 효율이 부적합한 등의 결점이 있었다.
