Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of organic tomato jam with low sugar content is provided to secure the oxygen-resistance function of tomato, by vacuum condensing the tomato, saccharides, and pectin. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of organic tomato jam with low sugar content comprises the following steps: freezing tomato, and half-melting to remove the skin and the stem; mixing 30~80wt% tomato, 15~65wt% of organic sugar, 3~4wt% of oligosaccharide, 0.3~1.5wt% of pectin, 0.1~0.6wt% of citric acid, and 0.01~0.03wt% of salt of deep sea water to form a jam composition; vacuum condensing the mixture in 55~70 deg C, inserting the composition to a jar, and sealing; sterilizing the jar with water in 90~95deg C, and cooling.

Abstract: A method for producing soap comprising an extract of Perilla frutescens Britton, Scutellaria baicalensis George and typha latifolia linne is provided to realize effects of treating various skin diseases, improving skin elasticity and differentiating horny layers while reducing skin troubles and improving cost efficiency. A method for producing soap comprising an extract of Perilla frutescens Britton, Scutellaria baicalensis George and typha latifolia linne uses, as base ingredients, caustic soda, eucalyptus extract, chloroauric acid, salicylic acid, Houttuynia cordata extract, olive oil and foam liquid. The soap further comprises extracts of Perilla frutescens Britton, Scutellaria baicalensis George and typha latifolia linne, wherein each extract is obtained by washing Perilla frutescens Britton, Scutellaria baicalensis George and typha latifolia linne; pulverizing the washed ingredients in a pulverizer for 5 minutes; mixing each ingredient with water in a weight ratio(w/w) of 1:5(water : Perilla frutescens Britton), 1:10(water : Scutellaria baicalensis George) and 1:10(water : typha latifolia linne); branching the mixtures separately at 100 deg.C for 3 minutes; standing the mixtures at 4 deg.C for 24 hours; discarding the upper layer and collecting the lower layer; heat treating the lower layer at 100 deg.C for 5 minutes; repeating the above procedures three times; filtering (100 mesh) the heat treated extract.
