PURPOSE: A method comparing footprints for evidence is provided to accurately irradiate a beam to a photographed foot print. CONSTITUTION: A method comparing footprints for evidence comprises the steps of: preparing an evidence foot print image by photographing an evidence foot print(ST-111); extracting a reference point from a square part(ST-113); projecting the evidence foot print image(ST-115); adjusting the angles and locations of the evidence image and the comparison target image(ST-120); and comparing the photographed foot print image with the comparison target foot print image(ST-130).
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A license number plate recognition method and a device thereof are provided to accurately recognize a vehicle license number by accurately displaying the vehicle license number. CONSTITUTION: A continuous playback step(ST-40) continuously displays a plurality of still images to a display part. An orthogonal projection step(ST-20) orthographically projects images. The projected images are continuously displayed in a location where a license number plate is overlapped. A sharpening step(ST-30) sharpens the projected images.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A digital photo forgery detecting method is provided to determine the forgery attempt and a try of an inspection digital image thereby rapidly determining the identity of the inspection digital image. CONSTITUTION: A series of markers is extracted from a binary code of a target digital image(ST-121). A series of markers photographing the inspection digital image is extracted. Marker sequence of the inspection digital image and the marker sequence of the camera are compared(ST-125). If the marker sequence and marker contents are matched, the inspection digital image is determined as the digital image which is downloaded and stored to PC after photographing and is determined as the digital image which lost the identity.

PURPOSE: A method judging forged sealing is provided to supply objective information for judging forged sealing based on a feature value calculated through the comparison of a standard seal image with comparison-target seal image. CONSTITUTION: A standard seal image is generated from an original seal image(ST-110), and a reference seal image is generated from the original seal image. The feature value of the reference seal image for the standard seal image is calculated by comparing the standard seal image with the reference seal image. The feature value of a comparison-target seal image for the standard seal image is calculated by comparing the standard seal image with the comparison-target seal image(ST-140). Those feature values are compared with each other.

An apparatus and a method for detecting lie are provided to check a psychological state such as tension and amazement of a person to be inspected from the size change of pupils in eyes. An apparatus for detecting lie includes a photograph unit(110), an IR(InfraRed) filter(113), an illumination unit(120), and a fixing unit. The photograph unit takes a photograph of eyes. The IR filter transmits an IR ray to the photograph unit by being installed in front of the photograph unit. The illumination unit emits the IR ray as an IR light source. The fixing unit fixes the illumination unit to face the eyes. The fixing unit maintains the position of the photograph unit uniformly. The apparatus detects the lie by measuring the change of pupil sizes in the eyes.

본 발명은 기존의 보안 감시 시스템에서 범인을 식별할 수 있는 생체 정보 중 감시 시스템의 성능의 영향을 상대적으로 적게 받는 신장을 계측함으로써 범인을 특정할 수 있는 감시카메라의 왜곡보정을 통한 신장계측 방법에 관한 것이다. 최근 몇 년간 폐쇄회로티브이(CCTV)시스템이 널리 보급되어 범인이나 범죄현장이 영상으로 촬영되는 경우가 많아졌다. 그러나 폐쇄회로 영상의 화질이 열악하거나 주변 조명등의 부적절한 환경으로 인해 실제 범인을 특정할수 있는 정보를 얻기에는 어려운 경우가 많다. 범인의 얼굴은 정확하게 판독하는 것이 불가능한 경우에도 범인의 신장을 정확하게 계측할 수 있다면 범인 추적에 많은 도움이 될 수 있다. 본 발명에서는 폐쇄회로티브이(CCTV)로 촬영된 범인의 신장을 정확하게 계측하는 방법을 제시한다. 신장계측, 직접 선형변환, 비선형 변환, 왜곡, 가상자
