Abstract: PURPOSE: An anti-slipping apparatus for a vehicle and an attaching/detaching device thereof are provided to enable users to easily attach and detach the apparatus to tires. CONSTITUTION: An anti-slipping apparatus(10) for a vehicle includes a road orbit(20), a wheel orbit(30), plates(11, 16), and a mount(40). The road orbit includes a bearing(19) rotating around a shaft, and a road surface pad with an embossed carving pattern for improving frictional force. The wheel orbit is located in between wheels and the road orbit, and transfers the torque of the wheels to the road orbit. The plates are located on both sides of the wheel unit and the road orbit for fixing the shaft. The mount is located on one upper side of the plates.
