Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of purifying decontaminant using chitosan and chitosan oligosaccharide polymer is provided to improve water purification by destroying specific microorganism (Gram-negative bacteria and Gram-positive bacteria) according to molecular weight and enhance water purification by combining and absorbing toxic material and heavy metal through space structure of chitosan. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of purifying decontaminant comprises the following steps. A step of dissolving 2.0~7.0% of Chitosan which has over 90% of the degree of distillation and 10~23 cps of viscosity to 0.5~5.0% of acetic acid solution; and a step of producing low molecular Chitosan oligosaccharide having less than 5000 of molecular weight by adding 0.5~5.5 unit/kg of citizens to react for 10~16 hours at pH 4.0~6.5, and 30~55°C. Moreover the manufacturing method of purifying decontaminant comprises the following steps. A step of dissolving 1.0~3.0% of Chitosan which has over 80% of the degree of distillation and 200~400 cps of viscosity to 0.5~5.0% of acetic acid solution, and a step of generating high molecular Chitosan oligosaccharide having less than 300,000 of molecular weight by adding 0.5~5.5 unit / kg of citizens to react for 8~12hours at pH 4.0~6.5 and 30~55°C. Abstract: 본 고안은 수지형 판넬과 오링 결합식 패킹을 갖는 전동 댐퍼에 관한 것으로, 그 기술적 요지는 중공관 형태의 하우징 내측에 부설되어 실내외로 이송되는 내외기의 단속을 조장하는 판넬에 대해 패킹이 오링 체결식으로 단순 결합되도록 함으로써, 종전 방식인 인서트 결합식 또는 스크류 체결식에 비해 결합공정이 간단하여 작업이 용이함은 물론 패킹 훼손시 파손된 패킹만을 손쉽게 교체할 수 있도록 하여 유지보수성이 개선되고 이에 원가절감이 향상되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이러한 본 고안의 패킹은 하우징 내경에 비해 종전 오링(패킹) 대비 큰 직경을 갖음으로써 밀폐력이 증가(실링 효율 증가)되는 반면, 연질 형태의 합성고무 패킹은 유연한 재질의 외주면과 보조립으로 인하여 하우징 내경에 대해 마찰회전력은 감소되어 내구성과 작동력이 동시에 향상되는 특징이 있다.
이를 위해, 본 고안은 중공관 형태의 하우징(100) 일측에 기판을 포함한 모터 및 제어부가 수납되도록 케이스(110)가 일체로 형성되는 전동댐퍼에 있어서, 합성수지를 녹여 금형으로 사출하되 상기 하우징(100)의 내경 일측에 수납되어 모터로 하여금 힌지(500)와 함께 일방향 또는 타방향 밀폐를 조장하며 회절되도록 형성되는 원판형의 판넬(200)과; 합성수지를 녹여 금형으로 사출하되 상기 판넬(200)의 일측에 결합되어 판넬이 힌지(500)로부터 이탈되지 않도록 중앙부에 리브(310)가 구비되는 고정판(300)과; 합성고무를 녹여 금형으로 사출하되 판넬(200)의 외주면과 대응되어 하우징(100) 내경에서 내외기가 이송되는 것을 정밀하게 단속하도록 형성되는 패킹(400)이; 구성되어 이루어진다.
