Abstract: Disclosed is a circuit and a method to control operation of high speed paper jogging in a paper jogging system. The circuit comprises a central processor(401), a system interface(408), a feed motor drive(402), a feed motor(403), a jog motor driver(404), a paper passing sensor(406), a jog slot sensor(407) and paper size sensors(409, 410, 411). The size of paper is sensed by the sensors(409, 410, 411) when the papers to be jogged are distributed by the feed motor drive(402). Also, a jogging bar is moved to the appropriate location according to the sensed paper size. When the papers have been distributed, the jogging bar simultaneously performed the jogging of papers by the jog motor driver(404). After the jogging operation, the jogging bar is moves to a standby location. Thereby, an operation cycle of the jogging can be shortened so that high speed jogging is performed.

Abstract: In a driving control method of a recording unit applied to a facsimile machine, which is provided with: a transceiver (2) connected to an exterior line to transmit and receive image information; a central controller (3); a read unit (4) reading documents; a memory (5) storing data; a driving unit (6) driving an appliance; and a recording unit (7) including a thermal recording head, the driving control method of the recording unit of the facsimile machine correcting a density between lines, includes; the first step (201) confirming whether information of one line is completely received; the second step (202 to 206) applying data transmitted to the shift register to a latch circuit to apply a pulse to an exothermic element of each bit corresponding to image data , thereby performing a printing, after clearing a counter, transmitting data to a shift register and driving a motor, if information of one line was completely received in the first step; the third step (207) confirming whether line information printed in the second step is final line information and then if it is not final information, returning to the fist step for receiving next line, and if it is final line, completing an operation; the fourth step (208 to 211) increasing the counter by one, and confirming an character mode to confirm a reference number set in the corresponding character mode, if information of one line is not completely received in the second step; and the fifth step (212 to 213) comparing the reference number confirmed in the fourth step with the counter and if the count is equal to the reference number or less, and returning to the first step after applying the pulse to the exothermic element, and if the count is larger than the reference number, directly returning to the first step.
