    Abstract: The invention relates to a power adjustment method and apparatus, and a human body security check device. The method is applied in a human body security check device or an inspection device provided with a millimeter wave transceiver. An adjustable power attenuator is provided in a millimeter wave signal transmitting link of the millimeter wave transceiver. The method comprises: obtaining a current humidity value by detecting the ambient humidity around the millimeter wave transceiver using a preset humidity sensor; determining a target power attenuation value of the adjustable power attenuator according to the current humidity value, the sum of the target power attenuation value and a power attenuation value caused to a millimeter wave signal by the ambient humidity being a constant value; and controlling the adjustable power attenuator to adjust its power attenuation value to be consistent with the target power attenuation value. The solution can reduce radiation hazard while ensuring the definition of an image.

    Abstract: A harmonic power amplifying circuit with high efficiency and high bandwidth and a radio-frequency power amplifier. The circuit comprises: an input matching network (11), a transistor (M), and an output matching network (12); a gate of the transistor (M) is connected to an output end of the input matching network (11), a drain thereof is connected to an input end of the output matching network (12), and a source thereof is grounded; the output matching network (12) enables a lower sideband of the harmonic power amplifying circuit to work in a continuous inverse F amplification mode and an upper sideband of the harmonic power amplifying circuit to work in a continuous F amplification mode; the output matching network (12) and a parasitic network of the transistor (M) form a low pass filter. By means of the transition from the continuous inverse F power amplifier working mode to the continuous F power amplifier working mode, the efficiency of a continuous harmonic control power amplifier is effectively improved to be higher than 60%, a relative bandwidth is improved to be higher than 80%, and the harmonic impedance is simple to match and easy to realize.

    Abstract: A method and system using a TR assembly to obtain an intermediate-frequency controllable signal.     Abstract: A human-body foreign-matter detection method and system based on millimeter-wave image. The method comprises: obtaining a millimeter-wave grayscale image of a human body; extracting a human-body contour image in the millimeter-wave grayscale image; constructing a vertical space distribution histogram in a vertical direction and a horizontal space distribution histogram in a horizontal direction for the human-body contour image; obtaining positions of limbs of the human body according to the vertical space distribution histogram, the horizontal space distribution histogram and a pre-set human-body proportion model; identifying a foreign matter in the human-body contour image according to pre-set foreign-matter feature identification models; and marking a position of the foreign matter on the human-body contour image according to the positions of the limbs, and generating a foreign-matter detection result. The accuracy of foreign matter detection can be greatly improved by means of obtaining a millimetre wave grey-scale image of a human body, extracting a human body contour image in the millimetre wave grey-scale image, identifying a foreign matter in the human body contour image and marking the position of the foreign matter on the human body contour image.

    Abstract: A millimeter wave security inspection instrument debugging system and a millimeter wave security inspection instrument debugging method, which are used for debugging the imaging definition of a millimeter wave holographic imaging security inspection system. A main control apparatus is used for generating a millimeter wave detection signal and a reference signal.     Abstract: This invention is applied to the field of terahertz communication and provides a two-path terahertz wave communication system, which comprises a terahertz wave generation module, a terahertz wave transmission channel connected with the output port of the terahertz generation module, and a terahertz wave receiving module connected with the output port of the terahertz wave transmission channel. According to the system disclosed by the invention, one path of optical signal source is converted into one path of horizontally polarized terahertz wave and one path of perpendicularly polarized terahertz wave and then are combined into one path by the terahertz wave generation module for transmission via the terahertz wave transmission channel, and the horizontally polarized terahertz wave and the perpendicularly polarized terahertz wave are re-divided into two paths through the terahertz wave receiving module so as to be received respectively. The two-path terahertz wave communication can be realized, and the rate and the spectrum utilization efficiency of the terahertz wave communication are improved.
