PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for measuring the velocity of vehicles, and a computer readable recording media for the same are provided to rapidly obtain the measurement result using taken road images. CONSTITUTION: A communication unit(210) and the external device transmit and receive data. A storage unit(240) stores data with respect to the feature of a road reference position. An image extraction unit(251) extracts the feature from inputted road images. A target region set unit(253) sets a feature group. A velocity calculation unit(256) calculates the velocity of vehicles using the image frame input time of road images.

PURPOSE: An HVAC system using the ground heat is provided to achieve the economical operation through the reduction of the operation costs for the cooling and the heating. CONSTITUTION: An HVAC system using the ground heat comprises a heating water supply unit(100), an indoor unit(200), and an outdoor air supply unit(300). The heating water supply unit comprises a first casing(110). A first ground-heat exchange unit(130), which is connected to a first heat collecting tube(120) installed under the ground through a first supply pipe(140a) and a first discharge pipe(140b), is installed on the lower part of the first casing, a heating water exchange unit(150), which is connected to a first heat exchange unit(220) through a second supply pipe(160a) and a second discharge pipe(160b), is installed on the upper part of the first casing, a first ground-heat circulating pump(P1) is connected to the first discharge pipe, a heating water circulating pump(P2) is connected to the second discharge pipe and the indoor unit comprises a second casing(210), which comprises an inlet(211) and an outlet(212). PURPOSE: A complex disinfecting system and a complex disinfectant model prediction control method in which the ozone and chlorine are combined are provided to control the model prediction by MDCWM according to the water quality and water quantity variation and improve the efficiency of the complex antiseptic effect. CONSTITUTION: A complex disinfecting system includes a complex disinfection contact tub(2) in which the raw water flows in from an external inflow pipe passage(1) and an ozone and chlorine successively react through the influx unit residence time. An ozone injection unit injects the ozone through the inflow pipe passage with the raw water to the complex disinfection contact tub. The goat wine obtains chlorine for successively injecting the chlorine after the input of the ozone to the complex disinfection contact tub. A flow meter(11) controls the flow rate of the processing water exhausted in the complex disinfection contact tub after the second reaction completion.

The main body comprises an inner wall with refractory material and an exterior wall with iron material. The heating unit comprises a burner heating a burning space(130) of the inside. The exhaust unit comprises an exhaust pipe exhausted in an exhaust pipe to a smoke stock. The partition unit divides and partitions the burning space of the main body. The horizontal pressing unit comprises a horizontal actuator and a reaction frame. A system and a method for transforming ASC file to GEOmania GCD file are provided to reduce a cost and time for constructing a spatial data for a development of geographic information industry. An input unit(102) designates an ASC(Ascii GRID) file to be transformed through a user interface and sets a GCD file to be generated. A map data storage(101) stores a map data. An operation processing unit(108) manages an arithmetic processing of all processes about a transformation of the ASC file stored in the map data storage and control while undergoing an operation process of a command inputted from the input unit. A program storage unit(104) stores a file conversion application program based on a geographical information system. A RAM(103) stores all kinds of return values calculated by the operation processing unit temporarily. A video memory(106) and a display unit(107) are used to display a map to be converted.
