Abstract:
PURPOSE: An epoxy composition for mold load switch and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve a tracking resistance property, coefficient of thermal expansion, and mechanical strength by using alumina trihydrate and silica as fire resistant agent. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an epoxy composition for mold load switch comprises the following steps: a step of drying silica and alumina trihydrate at 80-200 deg. Celsius for 1-50 hours; a step of manufacturing a resin part by mixing the epoxy resin with diluent and the dried silica with alumina trihydrate at 50-100 deg. Celsius for 1-5 hours; a step of manufacturing a hardening part by mixing a hardener with a promotor at 50-100 deg. Celsius for 1-5 hours; and a step of mixing the resin part with the hardener in weight ratio of 10:1-10:14.

PURPOSE: A busbar connection device of a solid insulated load switch is provided to uniformly distribute field strength by forming a semiconducting layer for relieving field strength inside a body unit. CONSTITUTION: A busbar connection device of a solid insulated load switch comprises a busbar unit(120), a connector(110), a bushing(2), and a plug(5). The busbar unit has a busbar conductor(121). The connector has a connection conductor(119) to be connected to the busbar conductor. The bushing is inserted into one end of the connector and has a bushing conductor(2a) electrically connected to the busbar conductor. The plug is inserted into the other end of the connector and is coupled to the bushing.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A circuit breaker is provided to immediately install barriers of different sizes and lengths according to rating without separate classification by forming the barriers of different sizes and lengths at the case of the circuit breaker. CONSTITUTION: A circuit breaker includes a rectangular shaped case(100). A plurality of barrier loading grooves(110) is formed at both sides of the case. Plate shaped barriers(200) are loaded at the barrier loading grooves. The barriers are composed of plate shaped bodies and inserting pillars which are formed at one part of the bodies. The barriers are integrated with the case at the barrier loading grooves. Fixing ribs are protruded from both inner walls of the barrier loading grooves and are in connection with the outer circumferences of the pillars.

PURPOSE: An RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) system using an RTLS(Real Time Location System) is provided to recognize the location of a product by receiving signals from RFID tags through an RFID reader. CONSTITUTION: RFID tags(210) are attached to products. The RFID tags generate signals for recognizing the location of products and for displaying the information of the products. An RFID readers(220) collects product information by wirelessly receiving the signals generated by the RFID tags. The RFID readers generates frequency signals in order to confirm the location of the RFID tags. A main server(230) acquires product information by receiving the signals. The main server recognizes the location of the products.

PURPOSE: An electronics opening/closing device is provided to miniaturize an overall structure by including a displacement driving part changing a horizontal motion of a moving core and a moving contact point into up and down motion of the moving contact point. CONSTITUTION: A driving part(220) of an electronics opening/closing device comprises a coil(221), a fixed core(222), a moving core(223), and a displacement driving part(230). The coil creates magnetic force according to an electric signal. The fixed core and the moving core form a magnetic path which pushes through magnetic flux created by the coil. The moving core has driving force exercising to right and left horizontal directions by the magnetic flux. The fixed core and the moving core are separately arranged. A shaft passes through the fixed core. The displacement driving part is composed of an elastic body having a constant volume and surrounds the moving core and the shaft.

PURPOSE: A cable connection device of electric power switch is provided to connect and disconnect a ring terminal to/from a cable connection terminal. CONSTITUTION: A terminal screw(4) is supported to be elevated by a terminal housing in the lower part of a cable connection terminal. The terminal screw pushes up the ring terminal when elevating from the lower part of the cable connection terminal. The terminal screw contacts the ring terminal to the cable connection terminal. The terminal screw releases the ring terminal when descending to the terminal for the wire jointing. A nut is screwed with a threaded unit of the terminal screw. The nut is buries in the terminal housing.
