Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable a utilization efficiency of light energy to be improved by constituting an incidence optical system with a capacitor lens where an image-side focus is placed at an incidence edge of a transmission optical system or an irradiation optical system and a fly-eye lens which is placed ahead of it. CONSTITUTION:Each cylindrical lens 9 constituting a fly-eye lens is provided with a nearly equal square-type open aperture and allows a sunlight S to be subjected to wave front division on the open surface. Each lens 9 generates a minute secondary light source of sun on its focus and constitutes a minute light source group with an equal brightness which is distributed in mesh shape as an entire lens 8. A light flux which is emitted from this light source group is gathered by a rear capacitor lens 10 and is mixed on an incidence edge ST of a transmission optical system or an irradiation optical system which is placed at the rear. When a length d and an effective radius r of the lens 9 are determined for fluctuation psi of an incidence angle of the sunlight S which enters a calibration optical system so that an inequality (n; refractive index of the lens 9) is met, a condition where the secondary light source can stay within the open surface of a rear surface of the lens 9 for the fluctuation psi can be satisfied.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To make it possible to generate the bubbles having the required volume accurately by equalizing the pushing volume and the sucking volume, and driving 'a sucking cylinder in association with the operation of a pushing cylinder. CONSTITUTION:The inside of a tightly closed container 1 is filled with liquid 1-1. The tip part of a pushing cylinder is penetrated through the wall surface of the container and brought to the central part. A gas 2-2 is pushed with a pushing piston 2-1, and bubbles are formed at the tip part. A sucking cylinder 11 is provided at the container 1. A piston 11-1 is pulled out at the same time as the driving of the piston 2-1 in association with the pushing stroke of the cylinder 2 under the control of a control device 4. The pushing volume is made equal to the sucking volume. Therefore, the bubbles (a) having the required volume can be generated without the change in pressure.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a spacecraft with electric power generating ability and heat discharging ability and allow the recovery without support of another spacecraft by releasing a solar battery paddle in a housing part to the space by extension on an orbit, and contracting and recovering it at the time of reentry into the atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:A self-reliant recovery type spacecraft has a capsule cover 11, a spacecraft body part 12, and a receiving part 13. In the spacecraft capable of reentry into the atmosphere and being recovered in the air, on the sea, or on the ground, the capsule cover 11 and the spacecraft body part 12 are divisibly formed, and constituted so that they can be extended and contracted by an extending mechanism 31. When the spacecraft is extended on an orbit by the extending mechanism 31, a solar battery paddle or radiator loaded in the space craft can be extended in the space, and when it is contracted before reentry into the atmosphere, the outside part of the spacecraft is covered with a heat protecting material, and the internal equipment can be safely recovered.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce the level of reverse G during rerush in an atmosphere by mounting a development type control panel to increase an air brake force in the downstream region of a temperature boundary layer through sweating cooling, such as ablative cooling. CONSTITUTION:An outer structure 1 of an obtuse,angled head type capsule is provided on a surface with an ablative cooling part 11 and at the rear with a development type atmosphere brake panel 2. The atmosphere brake panel 2 is supported to a recovery device by means of a hinge 21 and opened and closed by an actuator 22. The atmosphere brake panel 2 is structured such that an ablative coolant is adhered on the surface of an aluminum or titanium honeycomb plate. Ablative cooling is a system where heat absorbing reaction of thermal decomposition is utilized and comparatively low temperature gas is discharged. The development type air brake panel 2 is located on the downstream of a temperature boundary layer containing a sweating cooling effect, such as ablative cooling, and through development of the brake panel, a rush direction projection area to a capsule mass is increased. This constitution relaxes the degree of reverse G during rerush in atmosphere.

CONSTITUTION:Three kinds of fibers, which are a silica-base fiber of 0. 3-3mum average fiber diameter by 100 pts. wt., alumina fiber of 1-5mum average fiber diameter by 5-100 pts.wt., and aluminoborosilicate fiber of 3-15mum average fiber diameter by 5-30 pts.wt., are mixed, to which 0.5-10 pts.wt. of boron oxide is added and mixed. This mixture is dispersed in water to obtain a slurry, which is dehydrated and molded. Then the molded material is dried and calcined to melt boron oxide so that the cross points of the silica-type fiber 1, alumina fiber 2, and aluminoborosilicate fiber 3 are joined with a boron-contg. glass 4. Thus, the obtd. heat-insulating material has 0.08-0.3g/cm bulk density.

Thus, the stamp processing to the slip is made electronic and the stamp processing can be completely interlocked with a business processing system.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To facilitate the expanding operation of a multistage expansion cylinder in space by engaging a guide roller fixed on the end of the multistage expansion cylinder with each screw groove of a shaft with a three-string screw rotated through a driving motor. CONSTITUTION:An output shaft of a driving motor 1 is supported on a shaft support bearing 4, and is linked with a shaft 2 with three-string screw, while the roller of each guide roller 3 is engaged with each of the three screw grooves of the shaft 2. When the motor 1 is driven and the shaft 2 is rotated, a linear movement is performed corresponding to the lead of the screw to the roller of the guide roller 3a inserted into the screw groove. Namely, a first stage cylinder 5a in the innermost side provided with the guide roller 3a on the end is expanded. When the cylinder 5a is completely expanded, a guide roller 3b is engaged with the screw groove of the shaft 2, so as to expand a second stage cylinder 5b, and to expand the other cylinders in the same manner.

CONSTITUTION:The outer peripheral surface of the winding frame 1 is metallized and the platinum alloy flange 17 is fitted onto this surface and is joined by a high-temp. brazing material 18. An accepting hole 19 of the connecting fitting 16 and the outer peripheral surface of the flange 17 are brazed by a gold/nickel/palladium brazing material 21. The joining point of the brazing material 21 is so determined as to be parted by the distance l in the axial direction from the joining point of the brazing material 18. The MI cable 9 and the connecting fitting 16 are brazed by a gold/nickel/palladium brazing material 22 in an insertion hole 20. The distance l is thus provided between the joining points in such a manner, by which the displacement by thermal expansion is escaped by the bending of the flange 17 and the generation of the stress by the direct thermal elongation difference in the winding frame 1 and the joint part is obviated.
