Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a text and graphic separation method and a text enhancement method. SOLUTION: The text and graphic separation method is used for separating texts and graphics of an image and comprises a coarse classification step, an advanced classification step and a step of detecting the texts in the graphics. The method also adjusts the luminance of the text with respect to the graphic and text separation method to enhance the text image. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ejecting roller assembly for use in an automatic document feeder avoiding paper jam at the ejecting roller assembly by automatically adjusting clamping force by taking-in and taking-out paper. SOLUTION: The ejecting roller assembly for the automatic document feeder mainly comprises a joy stick, an ejecting play block, a friction device, and an driving roller. Of them, the joy stick is used for connecting it to the ejecting play block. The ejecting play block is appropriately used for changing the clamping force. The friction device is installed between the joy stick and the ejecting play block and is used for strengthening friction force between the joy stick and the ejecting play block. The driving roller is used for controlling input and output of the paper. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-side feeding device, applicable to various scan devices of facsimiles, printers, scanners, and multi-function office devices. SOLUTION: In the device, shift of paper is precisely controlled to avoid occurrence of a jam. It includes a pickup module to guide the paper to a first feed channel, a paper control roll module to feed the paper outside the double-side feeding device with a first holding force, and feed the paper to the inside of the double-side feeding device with a second holding force, and a feed/output module to feed or output the paper with a third holding force. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mouse that can deform its external shape by rotating a mouse case. SOLUTION: A deformable mouse 10 includes a first case 100, a second case 200 and a connector member. The connector member includes combination support frame 301, first support frame 302, second support frame 303, rotating shaft 306, spiral-shaped spring 308 and stopper 309. Thus, the second case is rotatable around the first case, and the external shape of the mouse can be deformed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeder including a case, a feed module, a stopper member and a swing arm. SOLUTION: The case includes a feed channel. The feed module is pivoted at the upper end of the feed channel, and also swung between a feed position and a prepare position. The stopper member is arranged at the lower end of the feed channel. The swing arm is pivoted at the lower end of the feed channel, and includes a first end brought in contact with the bottom of the feed module and a second end brought in contact with the bottom of the stopper member. When the feed module is shifted from the feed position to the prepare position, the feed module pushes downward the first end, and the stopper member is lifted up by the second end and protrudes from the bottom of the feed channel. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize a structure of a close contact image sensor to improve resolution without increase in difficulty of manufacture and therefore without increase in manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A photosensor element set 333 is formed of three elements arranged in parallel including a first, a second, and a third photosensor elements 3331, 3332, and 3333. The first to third photosensor elements 3331 to 3333 respectively include 13600 photosensor units SR11 to SR113600, SG11 to SG113600, and SB11 to SB113600 that are linearly arranged adjacently (namely, along the X direction (first direction)). An edge 3331a of the first photosensor element 3331 is deviated by an interval D1 in the X direction from an edge 3332a of the second photosensor element 3332. An edge 3332a of the second photosensor element 3332 is deviated by an interval D2 in the X direction from an edge 3333a of the third photosensor element 3333. The interval D1 is preferably equal to the interval D2 and the interval D1, D2 is equal to a half or a third of the length of one photosensor unit. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pixel color conversion method applied to an output device. SOLUTION: The pixel color conversion method includes the steps of: providing a trainable database for storing a plurality of data values corresponding to indexes for use performing pixel color conversion; regarding at least one source image, training the trainable database; and according to the plurality of data values corresponding to the indexes in the trainable database, converting source samples of a source image into target samples for being outputted by the output device. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce thickness of a mouse by locating a storage room for a mouse battery facing the case of a mouse body and making it rotatable. SOLUTION: The thin mouse comprises a first case, a second case, and an interlocking member for connecting the first case with the second case. The second case is located facing the first case and rotates, thereby changing the outer shape of the mouth. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display system for simultaneously displaying an original image and its processed image and magnifying and dragging the original image and the processed image, thereby identifying a difference between the original image and its processed image. SOLUTION: The image display system simultaneously displays the original image and its processed image, and includes a display screen, a first memory unit, a second memory unit, and a control unit. The original image and its processed image are simultaneously magnified and dragged in response to a specified command, and specific pixel data are simultaneously displayed. Thus, the difference between the original image and its processed image can be specified in real time, so the image display system of the present invention is user-friendly and efficient.
