    Abstract: PURPOSE: To improve the flow of exhaust air and improve deterioration test accuracy for a test piece without any influenece upon the air substitution rate, the air flow speed and temperature distribution by effectively preventing a volatile component from adhering to the inner wall of an exhaust pipe and a flow rate adjusting means. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust pipe 25 (exhaust passage) is connected to an exhaust port 19 disposed in the center of the upper surface of each cylindrical cell 10 through a one-touch joint 24. The exhaust pipe 25 is provided with an exhaust cooling means 26, a filter 27 formed by superposing plural sheets of wire nets, a flow rate adjusting valve 28 and a flow meter 29. The exhaust cooling means 26 recovers volatile components (anti-aging agnet, oil, wax, a plasticizer and the like) generated from a specimen and contained in the air discharged from each cell 10 during a heat aging test by cooling the exhaust air.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To make it possible to evaluate the difference in color fastnesses of detergents by inputting a plastic ball, which is protected and wrapped, together with a sample into a washing tank, sealing and supplying the different kinds of the detergents into a water-soluble film, supplying the detergents, and performing the change in colors and contamination caused by washing with good reproducibility in a short time. CONSTITUTION:A plastic ball., which is protected and wrapped, is inputted into a home washing machine 3. A detergent supplying device 2 measures the spacified amounts of the different kinds of detergents and seals the detergents into a water soluble film, respectively. The sealed detergents are supplied in the specified sequence through a detergent feeding pipe 17. A dehumidifier 18a is provided, and the sealed detergents are kept in the dry state. Then, the supply of hot water having the amount matching the weight of the sample, the supply of the sealed detergent having the amount matching the amount of the hot water, washing and the dehydration after the washing, the rinsing, which is performed by supplying the amount of the water matching the weights of the sample by one time or a plurality of times, and the dehydration operation after the rinsing are automatically performed. The series of the operations are performed by changing the samples with the different kinds of the sealed detergents and the color fastnesses in washing are compared and evaluated.

The stainless steel sphere-supply mechanism 2 counts the stainless steel spheres in a steel sphere tank 16 with a steel sphere counter 17 to supply them to the test bottle 4.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To perform the control of test humidity at the time of the humidification test (humidity test) of a weatherability tester by introducing the open air into a test tank and controlling the introducing amt. thereof. CONSTITUTION:An open air introducing pipe 23 is connected to the open air introducing port 22 provided to the wall of a temp. control chamber 3 and an electromotive valve 24 for regulating the size of a pipe diameter is attached on the middle of the pipe 23. A humidity setting regulator 27 performing the setting of humidity for setting the test humidity at the time of a humidity test and electrically connected to the humidity sensor 13 provided in a test chamber 2 to control the opening and closing of the electromotive valve 24 from the output of the sensor is provided to the outside of a test tank 4. Therefore, the opening and closing of the electromotive valve 24 is performed from the relation between the humidity set to the humidity setting regulator 27 and the humidity in the test chamber 2 and, when the humidity in the test chamber 2 is equal to or higher than the set humidity, the electromotive valve 24 is largely opened and, when the humidity in the test chamber 2 is equal to or less than the set humidity, the opening degree of the electromotive valve 24 is reduced to control an introduced open air amt.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To spray a corrosive solution uniformly on a sample by means of a corrosion acceleration test equipment. CONSTITUTION:A pentagonal straigttening tube 2 having an isosceles triangular upper part, when viewed from the front, is fixed to a conventional spray tower and a rectangular notch 3 is made upward from the lower end part thereof. A fixing rod 7 is screwed to the opposite side of the notch 3. A cylinder 8 is provided with an elongated hole 10 on the opposite side to a spray holding part 9 while a stop screw 11 is secured with the elongated hole 10 as to locate at its center and a fixing plate 12 is fixed from the outside of the cylinder 8 while covering the elongated hole 10. A small hole for passing the fixing rod 7 is made in the center of the fixing plate 12 and a short tubular fixing metal 15 having same diameter is secured thereto. The straightening tube 2 is fixed by securing the fixing plate 12 to the peripheral side of the cylinder 8 and then inserting the fixing rod 7 into the small hole of the fixing plate 12. Nozzles 5, 6 for liquid and air of a spray unit 4 are inserted into the straightening tube 2 while directing the hole downward and the fixing rod 7 is screwed at a position where the axes of the straightening tube 2 and the cylinder 8 are concentric. The fixing rod 7 is secured to the fixing metal 15 by means of a knurled screw 16.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To evaluate the high-luminance feeling or high-luster feeling of a metallic paint film by optically expanding the reflected light or transmitted light, and measuring many micro-portions. CONSTITUTION:A sample holder 7 capable of changing the holding angle of a sample 8 within the preset angle range from the vertical direction is fixed to a sample base combined with a vertical moving base 5 and a horizontal moving base 6 moved by a pulse motor 3. A light source section 9 radiating the parallel light flux to the sample 8 and the sample base are horizontally rotated in the preset angle range. A light reception section 15 is constituted of an expanding lens system 17 expanding the reflected light or transmitted light of the sample 8, a pinhole plate 18 arranged at its focal point position, and a light receiver 19 corresponding to the pinhole 20. A reflecting mirror 21 for switching the optical path from the expanding lens system 17 to the pinhole plate 18 at a right angle is provided, and a monitor screen 22 is provided at the focal point position of the reflected light. The light receiver 19 is communicated with a data processing circuit, and a moving signal control circuit 30 is communicated with the vertical moving base 5 and the horizontal moving base 6.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain an optical energy measuring apparatus which can measure optical energy of a light source for a weatherproof optical tester accurately with no effect of test temperature and which does not cause optical deterioration even if calibration is not performed for a long term. CONSTITUTION:Thermocouples 7, each produced by subjecting one side of a polarization sensitivity correction filter 4 alternately to sputtering of Au and Pd and photoetching, are connected electrically in series. The plane of the filter 4 is split perpendicularly to the arrangement of the thermocouples 7 into two sections. The two sections are then painted, respectively, in black and white from above the thermocouples 7 to provide an optical energy sensitive part 2 which is contained in a case 17 with the plane of the filter 4 opposite to the painted plane 18 directing toward a light receiving window thus providing a light receiving unit 3. The light receiving unit 3 is communicated with a measuring section 10 to constitute an optical energy sensitive device 1.
