본 발명은 프럭토스 1,6-비스포스페이트(fructose 1,6-bisphosphate) 안정화 캡슐에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는, 프럭토스 1,6-비스포스페이트의 포스페이트 기와 분자량 1,000 내외의 올리고 펩티드 사이의 정전기적 결합에 의해 핵을 생성하고 생분해성 고분자로 이루어진 양친성 블록 고분자로 이를 캡슐화함으로써 프럭토스 1,6-비스포스페이트를 안정화시킬 수 있는 생분해성 캡슐, 이를 제조하는 방법 및 상기 캡슐을 포함하는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다.

PURPOSE: An emulsion cosmetic composition of oil-in-water type is provided to prepare oil particles with large grain size and to ensure stability. CONSTITUTION: An emulsion cosmetic composition of an oil-in-water type stably scavenges useful substances using methoxy poly(ethylene glycol)-poly(epsilon-caprolactone) copolymers. The useful substances include green tea seed oil, omega-3, omega-6, vitamin D, or vitamin E. The composition contains 0.5-5 wt% of the emulsifier and 0.001-5 wt% of the useful substances.

PURPOSE: A method for stabilizing an enzyme is provided to enhance enzyme stabilitiy and to block enzyme denaturation. CONSTITUTION: A method for stabilizing an enzyme comprises: a step of dispersing the enzyme into polyol to prepare solution 1; a step of dissolving hydrogel in a solvent to prepare solution 2; a step of redispersing solution 1 to solution 2; and a step of adding cross-linking solution and stirring at 40-70°C for 30 minutes to one hour to prepare cross-linked hydrogel. The enzyme is oxidoreductase, transferase, hydrolase, lyase, isomerase, or ligase. The polyol is polyethylene glycol, polypropylene glycol, or copolymer thereof. The hydrogel is gelatin, acacia gum, collagen, or carrageenan gum.

CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for treating sensitive skin contains 0.01-10 weight% of Boswellia serrata resin extract and 0.001-10 weight% of stearyl glycyrrhetinate or madecassoside. The composition suppresses biosynthesis of interleukin-6, interleukin-8, or TNF-alpha. The cosmetic composition is manufactured in the form of skin softener, astringent, nutrition cream, massage cream, essence, eye cream, eye essence, cleansing cream, cleansing lotion, cleansing foam, pack, powder, body lotion, hair tonic, lotion, or patch.

CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains polymersomes in which peptides or hydrolyzed millets are encapsulated, as an active ingredient. The polymersome is prepared by synthesizing polylactic acid and polyethylene glycol in a weight ration of 1:1-1:10. The peptide encapsulated in the polymersomes is diaminopropionoyl tripeptide-33, palmitoyl tripeptide-5, palmitoyl pentapeptide-4, acetyl heptapeptie-4, copper tripeptide-1, lysine polypeptide or acetyl tetrapeptide-11. The cosmetic composition is used for skin moisturizing, anti-wrinkling, skin transparency and anti-aging.

PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing Laminaria extract and calcium D-pantetheine-S-sulfonate is provided to reduce melanogenesis and neurotransmitter secretion and to maximize a whitening effect. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for skin whitening contains 0.1-10 weight% of laminaria extract and 0.1-10 weight% of pantethine derivative as an active ingredient. The pantethine derivative is calcium D-pantethine-S-sulfonate. The laminaria extract and calcium D-pantethine-S-sulfonate is mixed in a weight ratio of 1-9:9-1, respectively. The laminaria extract is isolated from triglyceride extract.
