Abstract: The present invention relates to a bellows pump container for preventing discharge by decompression, and more particularly to a bellows pump container for preventing discharge by decompression provided with a compressing projection for compressing a second check valve in a shoulder housing member, such that the compressing projection usually compresses the check valve as usual so as to block the opening of the check valve, and is separated from a second check valve so as to be able to discharge contents according to the opening of the second check valve only when a button member is compressed. According to the present invention, normally, the contents are basically blocked regardless of pressure of the outside and allows the discharge only when the button member is compressed, and therefore, the present invention has advantages of allowing shut-out of discharge of the contents by preventing the check valve from being opened by the relative increase of pressure in the inside of bellows member at location wherein the pressure of the outside lowers such as the inside of an flying airplane. In addition, the compressing projection has a structure of usually compressing enough to only shut out the check valve, and not applying load on the check valve when being operated, and therefore, the present invention has advantages of securing durability and extending life of the check valve.
