Abstract: PURPOSE: Cosmetics including a screen net is provided to prevent the change of feeling of touch with the passage of time, thereby giving freshness like using a new product. CONSTITUTION: Cosmetics including a screen net (10) comprises: the screen net having one or more materials selected from the group consisting of polyurethane, thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), polyester, polyether, acryl, and olefin; and an absorbent adjacent to the screen net. The size of the hole of the screen net is 0.01-1.0 mm. The extension rate is 1-100% when the force is applied to the unit area of 1cm2 of the screen net in upward and downward directions. The force applied to the screen net in upward and downward directions is 400g.f to 1kg.f. The screen net has an edge (20) surrounding the screen net. The absorbent adheres to the screen net or positioned 0.1-3.0 mm away. A manufacturing method of the cosmetics comprises: a step of absorbing the liquid content into the absorbent; and a step of adjoining the absorbent and the screen net.
