The inorganic arc layer is formed in the upper part the base film consisting of the PET film or the nylon film(212). The barrier layer is formed to adhere the aluminum deposited layer(222) in the sealing layer. The aluminum deposited layer has a thickness of 5~1000nm. The vacuous insulator includes the core materials; a coating material, which is formed into the co-extruded film having the barrier feature to gas or moisture and covers up the core material. A thermal conductivity of the vacuous insulator is 0.005 W / mK or less.
