    Abstract: PURPOSE: A blind slat having a fluid path is provided to facilitate the cooling of a light source module and solar cell modules and ensure efficient diffusion and collection of lights because the light source module and the solar cell modules are installed inside the slat housing. CONSTITUTION: A blind slat comprises a blind slat housing(7), a fitting member(1419), and a protective cap(1420). The blind slat housing accommodates a plurality of solar cell modules(703) and a light source module(707) and is formed with a first inner slat fluid path(1421) to let fluid flow. The fitting member is inserted to both open ends of the blind slat housing to seal the openings. The protective cap is fitted onto the fitting member.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A thermosetting anti-corrosive paint obtained from recycling of waste paint is provided to use for preventing generation of rust in the lower part of automobile, container, an iron plate, machine parts, have good thermosetting, water resistance, chemical resistance, impact resistance properties and the like, cause no atmosphere pollution, and prevent or reduce environmental pollution and the squandering of resource. CONSTITUTION: The thermosetting anti-corrosive paint comprises polyvinylchloride resin, plasticizer, filler, stabilizing agent, polyamide resin and other additives, and waste paint. The components are added to dryness unit. Then water and solvent of at least 95% is removed from the mixture by radiating electromagnetic wave of 915-2450MHz for 10-30min. After removing vapor phase, plasticizer of 10-30% by weight is added and sprayed to form liquid resin(BHO-500) having 25,000-30,000cps. The weight ratio of polyvinylchloride resin and BHO-500 should be 1:0.4-2.5, and total amount of polyvinylchloride resin and BHO-500 is in the range of 18-45% by weight based on the composition. Alternatively, the paint can comprise grinded powder(BHO-300) in place of the liquid resin.
