PURPOSE: A blind slat having a fluid path is provided to facilitate the cooling of a light source module and solar cell modules and ensure efficient diffusion and collection of lights because the light source module and the solar cell modules are installed inside the slat housing. CONSTITUTION: A blind slat comprises a blind slat housing(7), a fitting member(1419), and a protective cap(1420). The blind slat housing accommodates a plurality of solar cell modules(703) and a light source module(707) and is formed with a first inner slat fluid path(1421) to let fluid flow. The fitting member is inserted to both open ends of the blind slat housing to seal the openings. The protective cap is fitted onto the fitting member.

PURPOSE: A blind with a flow path, which can maximize energy saving effect by reducing energy consumption, is provided to increase a space, where sunlight reaches, at a building. CONSTITUTION: A blind with a flow path comprises a fluid flow blind slate(141), an angle control member and a fluid flow pipe(143). The fluid flow blind slate is a slate of hollow body with rectangular cross sections. The flow path of the oil treatment reagent is formed inside the fluid flow blind slat and is supported with a wire rope(301). The angle control member controls the tilt angle of the fluid flow blind slat. The oil pipe is connected between the fluid flow blind slates.

CONSTITUTION: A water-soluble coating composition for aluminum or an aluminum alloy material heat exchanger contains the following: 30~60wt% of acryl group-added carboxylated low-density polyethylene solubilized resin including 10~30wt% of acryl and 70~90wt% of ethylene; 5~20wt% of zirconium or titanium complex liquid; 5~20wt% of inorganic binder; 2~10wt% of zirconium oxide as a water-retaining admixture; and the balance of water.

PURPOSE: A various blind slat for solar energy heat use is provided to use a cheap plastic natural light lighting unit by separating infrared ray. CONSTITUTION: A various blind slat for solar energy heat use(141) comprises a linear focus module and a slat oil pipe(1411). The slat oil pipe has a light-receiving window(14101). The linear focus module is comprised of at least one light collecting reflector. The reflector has a long cylindrical reflecting surface with fixed curvature radius. The reflector has a focal line of the linear shape along the long cylinder axis. The linear focus module focuses the sunlight, collected through the light-receiving window, on the slat oil pipe. The linear focus module is used as the alternative of the slat of fluid flow blind.

PURPOSE: A window blind having a flow channel is provided to heat the air in the flow channel with solar energy and supply the heated air to a device, thereby reducing consumption of electricity. CONSTITUTION: A window blind comprises a flow combined tilt angle control rotation shaft(3030), a flow blind slat, and connection flow pipes. The flow combined tilt angle control rotation shaft replaces a blind tilt angle control rotation shaft. The flow blind slat replaces a blind slat(141) or is attached to the blind slat. A flow channel is formed through the connection flow pipes and slat flow pipes of the blind slat to the flow combined tilt angle control rotation shaft.

물결이 전파(傳播)되는 것을 방지함과 동시에 하면서 수중으로 안정되게 공기를 공급하여 원활하게 낚시를 할 수 있는 수중공기공급장치가 개시된다. 상기 수중공기공급장치는 수중에 잠긴 토출관의 외면을 통과하여 공기가 수중으로 미세하게 공급되므로 공기의 공급으로 인하여 물결이 발생되어도 차단관에 의하여 물결이 전파되지 못하므로 원활하게 낚시를 할 수 있다. 또한, 수중으로 직접 공기가 공급되므로 어류는 안정됨과 동시에 충분하게 공기를 공급받게 되고, 이로인해 어류는 항상 생기있게 생활할 수 있다. 또한, 공급되는 공기의 양이 배출되는 공기의 양 보다 많으면, 신축관을 통하여 배출되므로 모터브로워에는 과부하가 전혀 걸리지 않는다. 또한, 신축관의 단부에는 소음기가 설치되어 있으므로 신축관으로 공기가 배출될 때 전혀 소음이 발생되는 않는다.

PURPOSE: Provided are a method and an apparatus for reusing waste paints effectively by a paste-phase treatment process or a powder-phase treatment process according to the hardness and the contamination degree of the waste paints, the waste paints are reused for powder products, primer paints, anticorrosive paints for cars, and alternative resins. CONSTITUTION: The peppermint is reused by powdering the waste paints when the collected and cut waste paints contain a large amount of impurities and has a large hardness or reused by making paste of the waste paints when the collected and cut waste paints contains a small amount of impurities and has a small hardness, wherein the waste paints are powdered via drying the collected and cut waste paints by using hot blast of 80-120deg.C and irradiating an electromagnetic wave having a frequency of 915-2450MHz for 30-90 minutes and grinding and the paste is made via drying the collected and cut waste paints by using the hot blast of 80-120deg.C and irradiating the electromagnetic wave having a frequency of 915-2450MHz for 10-30 minutes and dispersing. And the apparatus for reusing the waste paints contains a dry furnace(7) containing a metallic reflecting-plate for reflecting the electromagnetic wave, an electromagnetic wave oscillator, a hot stove, and a duct.

PURPOSE: A thermosetting anti-corrosive paint obtained from recycling of waste paint is provided to use for preventing generation of rust in the lower part of automobile, container, an iron plate, machine parts, have good thermosetting, water resistance, chemical resistance, impact resistance properties and the like, cause no atmosphere pollution, and prevent or reduce environmental pollution and the squandering of resource. CONSTITUTION: The thermosetting anti-corrosive paint comprises polyvinylchloride resin, plasticizer, filler, stabilizing agent, polyamide resin and other additives, and waste paint. The components are added to dryness unit. Then water and solvent of at least 95% is removed from the mixture by radiating electromagnetic wave of 915-2450MHz for 10-30min. After removing vapor phase, plasticizer of 10-30% by weight is added and sprayed to form liquid resin(BHO-500) having 25,000-30,000cps. The weight ratio of polyvinylchloride resin and BHO-500 should be 1:0.4-2.5, and total amount of polyvinylchloride resin and BHO-500 is in the range of 18-45% by weight based on the composition. Alternatively, the paint can comprise grinded powder(BHO-300) in place of the liquid resin.
