An equalizer includes a first spiral metal placed in an upper part of an insulating layer on an interposer substrate including first and second terminals; and first and second connecting parts. The first connecting part includes a first surface electrically connected to a second metal in which an electrical signal on the insulating layer flows; and a second surface electrically connected to the first terminal of the first spiral metal while facing the first surface. The second connecting part includes a third surface electrically connected to a third metal connected to an earthing voltage on the insulating layer; and a fourth surface electrically connected to the second terminal of the first spiral metal while facing the third surface.

A through silicon via passing through at least one silicon substrate configuring a 3-dimensional integrated circuit comprises a first surface, a pillar shaped body, and a second surface. The first surface receives at least one electrical input signals having at least one frequencies. The pillar-shaped body produces electrical output signals including electrical signals having frequencies corresponding to the sum or difference of the frequencies of the electrical input signals. PURPOSE: A device for automatically tracing an optimal feeding position is provided to automatically trace positions for the optimal feeding and collection of a moving object or a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: Magnetic field sensors(111,112) resonate a wireless power transmission frequency by using a coil and a condenser. A-D converters(121,122) convert a voltage or a current obtained through the resonance in the magnetic field sensors into a digital value and output the same. A control unit(130) checks the intensity of a magnetic field from a plurality of values outputted from the A-D converters. The control unit controls a steering device(140) of a moving object. An LED or an LED display device(150) displays the intensity of the magnetic field by using various colors.

PURPOSE: A method for controlling a variable capacity condenser for a high voltage and a high current is provided to prevent damage to a condenser caused by a rapid increase in currents around a resonance point by controlling a connection method of the condenser and a sensor. CONSTITUTION: Damage to a condenser is prevented by controlling a connection method of a condenser and a sensor. The capacity of the condenser is controlled by monitoring current changes through the sensor so that a current more than a damage threshold of the condenser is not flowed. Damage to the condenser, caused by a rapid increase in currents around a resonance point, is prevented.

PURPOSE: A variable capacity condenser for high voltage and high current of a structure with multiple pole plates is provided to easily adjust a value, thereby obtaining a precise resonance point in any circumstances. CONSTITUTION: Two electrodes(10) are faced with each other. Intervals of the electrodes are broadened and narrowed by using a worm gear and a motor. An end part of an electrode is sharply formed. A high frequency condenser of high voltage and high current adjusts a high capacity value.
