Abstract: 본 발명은 차량 천장으로 장착된 헤드 라이닝의 개구부에 설치되는 오버헤드 콘솔 장착구조에 있어서, 콘솔 박스의 후면으로 형성된 베이스에 차량 루프를 향해 연장되어 상기 루프에 결합되는 베이스 결합부를 형성하고, 베이스의 가장자리를 따라 절곡 플랜지면이 형성된 콘솔 박스와, 상기 콘솔 박스의 전면으로 장착되는 커버와, 상기 커버의 외주면으로 끼워지며 상기 절곡 플랜지면에 접촉지지되는 상기 헤드 라이닝의 가장자리를 압착지지하는 커버링을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 오버 헤드 콘솔 장착구조를 제공한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 콘솔 브라켓을 삭제하여 경량화된 구성으로 오버헤드 콘솔과 헤드 라이닝의 틈새와 주름발생을 방지할 수 있게 된다. 또한 부품수를 감소시켜 조립공정의 단순화가 가능하게 된다.
