PURPOSE: A compound containing heterocyclic 5-membered ring derivative in which an aryl ring is condensed is provided to improve luminous efficiency, stability and lifetime, and to enable use for hole injection, hole transport, electron injection, electron transport, and luminescent material. CONSTITUTION: A compound is represented by chemical formula: Z-(Y)n. In chemical formula, Z is substituted or unsubstituted aromatic hydrocarbon group or aromatic heterocyclic group; Y is a radical represented by chemical formula 2, wherein n is an integer of 1-6. In chemical formula 2, R1 ~ R9 are selected from the group consisting of halogen group, C1 ~ C60 alkyl group, alkoxy group, alkylamine group, arylamine group, alkyl thiophene group, C6 ~ C60 aryl thiophene group, C2 ~ C600 alkenyl group, C2 ~ C60 alkynyl group, C3 ~ C60 cycloalkyl group, and C6 ~ C60 aryl group.

CONSTITUTION: A compound having a derivative is denoted by chemical formula 1. An organic electric device contains one or more organic layers containing the compound. The organic electric device is an organic electro luminescence device having a first electrode, organic layer and second electrode. A terminal comprises a display device having the organic electric device and a controller which drives the display device.

CONSTITUTION: A phenyl-fluorene derivative has a structure represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R^1 and R^2 are independently hydrogen, C1-30 alkyl or cycloalkyl group containing or not containing at least one hetero atom selected from the group consisting of S, N, O, P and Si, C1-10 alkenyl, aryloxy or arylalkyl- substituted aryl group; an aryl group C1-10 alkenyl, aryloxy or arylalkyl substituted with containing or not containing at least one hetero waters.
