Abstract: PURPOSE: An electrolytic grinder of kitchen utensils is provided to remove irregular scale on the surface due to buffing of products and to obtain high efficiency and high quality of outside and inside grinding by applying electrolytic grinding process to manufacturing process of kitchen utensils. CONSTITUTION: In an electrolytic grinder of stainless steel kitchen utensils, a wire(32a) having positive electric current of a power supply(31) is connected with a jig(23) for supporting kitchen utensils(21). A wire(32b) having negative electric current is connected to an electrode(22). An electrolytic bath(11) having the jig and the electrode receives an electrolyte(12) from a reservoir tank(14) and drains the electrolyte to the reservoir tank to circulate the electrolyte. The reservoir tank includes a feed pipe(13) keeping the electrolyte therein and connected with the electrolytic bath, and a drain pipe(16). The electrolytic bath and the reservoir tank are made by PVC(Polyvinyl Chloride) to prevent an electrolyte from being discharged by leakage current. The electrolytic grinder promotes mass production within a short time as well as grinds a difficult-to-grind part of a product.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring the suitable concentration of caustic soda to be introduced for caustic weight reduction at a weight reduction processing apparatus for carrying out the caustic weight reduction of various fabrics, in particularly polyester fiber fabrics is provided, which prevents inaccuracy of weight reduction and reduces the manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: This apparatus is characterized in that it contains: a caustic soda concentration measuring apparatus(A) for measuring the concentration of caustic soda recovered from a recovery tank(40) by a volume neutral titration method; a concentration controlling part(B) for suitably maintaining the optimum concentration of weight reduction caustic soda by controlling a quantitative pump(58) for supplying treatment water and caustic soda to be introduced; and a program for controlling the quantitative pump.
