Abstract: An LED(Light Emitting Diode) module for illumination of an electric train and an LED lamp for an electric train using the same are provided to improve heat radiating efficiency of a circuit board by radiating heat of LEDs and separating the circuit board from interior materials through heat radiating bars. An LED module(LM) for illumination of an electric train includes a metal circuit board(50), LEDs(L), heat radiating bars(60), and fixing members(B). The metal circuit board has a circuit patterned on one surface. The LEDs are mounted on one surface of the circuit board to emit light by the circuit on the circuit board. The heat radiating bars are coupled with the other surface of the circuit board to serve as spacers and radiate heat of the LEDs so that the circuit on the circuit board is prevented from overheating due to the heat of the LEDs. The fixing members are coupled with the heat radiating bars to couple the heat radiating bars with interior materials of the electric train so that the circuit board having the LEDs is fixed inside the electric train through the heat radiating bars.
